Terrible service, terrible delivery, terrible quality!

They don't deserve even one star.
Ordered two sweatshirts, thinking it's a good cause and my daughter loves bees.
They never disclose in ordering that it will be shipped from China. If they had, I wouldn't have ordered. They did, however, state it would be 7-14 days to arrive. Okay, I could live with that, but my order did not arrive for over a month.
Both shirts were not the size that I ordered. The quality of material, the design and colors are TERRIBLE! Not even close to being worth what I paid.
Also, they bombard you with useless emails.
Do NOT order from thebeeprotectors!
I would be very surprised if they actually have anything to do with saving bees.

Money wasted... It took a month for my sweatshirt to arrive. And the seize was too big!! On the top of that, the colour looks totally different. The yellow on their website and the real yellow when you receive your item is very different (more orange than yellow actually :(

I never complain about my online shopping and am not the kind of person to write negative reviews ever. But I thought I would share my experience with this company so other people don't make the same mistake that I did to trust them...

This shop is a scam. They stole the "bee kind" idea from a british clothing store that sells vegan clothes online. The quality of the clothes is sh... and the service even shittier. They sent me the wrong size two times and won't pay a refund. They offered to send me a third shirt but when I said I didn't want one and asked for refund, they offered a 50% refund even though they messed up, not me. Unbelievable, don't buy here!

I ordered two t shirts over a month ago and have not received them. I chased them up and still nothing. I'm being bombarded with emails to buy more from them or write a review. Not a chance. I would like to actually get my first order before buying anything else from them.
I would like to get what I've paid for. As another reviewer said, a good cause but they need to sort themselves out. Very poor customer service.

Don't buy from this website. They messed up my order and sent me bigger size than I wanted. I waited over a month for the delivery. I wrote to them I want a refund and never received an answer. Also they send it from China so I'm sure you can find those stuff much cheaper on alliexpress. Nice cause but the service terrible, those t-shirts I can just bin as I'm petite and they sent me XL (???) and didn't answer my e-mail. Awful

The site is a scam. The pictures are mostly stolen from a different site that I'm not sure I'm allowed to name in a review, as it could be seen as promoting them.

My boyfriend had some t-shirts and other merchandise from this other brand, but couldn't remember where he got them. Then I saw a facebook add for his exact t-shirt, and I was stoked as they are great quality and produced ethically. I bought a ring and a pullover, but thebeeprotectors kept spamming me with emails, and I thought it was unusual for a brand that brands itself on honesty, charity and good work ethics and whatnot.
So I investigated a little, and found out that this was in fact not where my boyfriend got his clothing. I contacted the other brand that my boyfriend had gotten his things from, and they said they had nothing to do with this site.

I received a package after 13 weeks with a wrong size pullover in bad quality with bad quality printing and a ring made of plastic, looking the the ones you get with a barbie or the likes.

Do not buy on this website, it is a scam.
It's a shame that I can't name the other brand, because they truly make a difference and produce ethically and donate to charity.

This is definitely a scam, don't order here! I ordered a bee necklace and got a confirmation e-mail. I then never heard anything so I emailed asking more information on when I would likely receive the necklace. I got a reply after three days with an apology and saying nothing's wrong, they're just dealing with delayed products. Fine. After more days, I sent another email after having gotten multiple general emails with discounts and other reasons to buy more (annoying). They reply that I received the product TWO WEEKS BEFORE I ORDERED IT, including a supposedly track and trace link that looks sketchy af. I wanted to cancel, but they didn't go into that and instead sent me the exact same email as before but offered ANOTHER discount code. I hope I can get my money back via PayPal.
Don't buy here.
