Our digital portraits are made available immediately after purchase, both through the order confirmation page and a download link sent by email. Occasionally, customers may experience technical difficulties accessing their files, and our team is always here to help resolve these issues.

We only became aware of your difficulty through this review, as we hadn't received a support request from you beforehand. We would have been more than happy to help you straight away.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t completely happy with the contrast and shadow detail in your finished portrait.

We provide a free preview before purchase so customers can see their portrait beforehand, and additional previews can be generated if a version doesn’t feel quite right. However, our help certainly doesn’t stop once an order has been placed.

While we don’t provide unrestricted self-editing of the final high-resolution artwork, as this helps protect the security and integrity of the files while ensuring any adjustments are made without compromising the quality of the finished portrait, our team is always happy to personally assist with adjustments if something about a portrait needs attention.

In your case, we would be very happy to soften the contrast and bring more detail into the darker areas for you at no additional cost.

We hadn’t heard from you about the issue before seeing your review, so we reached out to you directly as soon as we became aware of your concerns and offered to create a revised version for you to preview.

We’re genuinely sorry to learn through your review that you weren’t happy with the proportions in your portrait. We only wish you had reached out to us first, as we would have been more than happy to help.

Our process is intentionally built around free previews before purchase. The portrait you order is the portrait shown to you beforehand, and there is absolutely no obligation to purchase if something about the composition, likeness or proportions doesn’t feel right. Customers are welcome to generate multiple free previews for exactly this reason.

We also want to clarify your comment that it “would have been nice if there was a way to correct that,” because there absolutely is. Our support team is always available to help, and had you contacted us about your dog’s size, we would have gladly worked with you on alternative versions.

Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any request or message from you about this before the review was posted, so we weren’t given an opportunity to address it.

We have since reached out to you directly and offered to create new previews with your dog’s proportions adjusted, at no additional cost. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.
