Goods eventually arrived, but wrong goods sent. Communication non existent.Tried calling, email, messaging, absolutely no response. Website says if wrong items received, email them to sort out return and replacement, no response at all. Think I’ll have to ask bank to do charge back, due to Zero communication. Shame because could have done a lot of business with them. Due to no communication, I would not recommend, it seems like a scam company, time will tell.

Never received item, awful communication- no refund given. Similar to other reviews- an awful company. I ordered 11 days before Christmas, and now nearly 4 months on, my item has still not arrived. I've sent numerous emails, phoned and text to no avail. Either ignored communications or kicked the can down the road to get back to me. A truly awful scam of a company

Placed an order on 17/11/20. Never received it, sent numerous emails & messages eventually got one response back on 11/12/20 saying that stock was arriving the next day so I agreed if it could be dispatched within the next few days I would still like the item as it was a Christmas gift.
Unfortunately i heard nothing more back and here I am still waiting on 27/12 for my order or a refund.
I emailed again on 18/12 & requested refund then after no delivery & no refund I emailed again on 22/12 still nothing.

I would certainly advise people to avoid, not only have they not fulfilled my order, one I placed way before the Christmas rush their communication is also extremely poor and I still have not received a refund after requesting it several times now since 18/12.

I returned my item as it was the wrong size, it went missing in the post and blue penguin still gave me a refund, great communication and customer service

This product is awesome the flag is everything i was looking for as my husband is a avid jonny cash fan and this made his Christmas and takes pride of place on our home wall described correctly delivery quick and would definitely recommend both supplier and product worth its money over and over many thanks xx

I have had a few items from this company the service and communication were excellent as were the goods I shall be order many other item s. Highly recommended
