Item arrived with a faulty component. I was told a replacement would be forthcoming but would have to wait a couple of weeks. After a while I asked if they could just take the component from one/swap with one of the many that they had in stock or offer a refund and they responded with a guarantee of parts replacement soon. So I waited. Weeks later I get back in touch as no replacement had arrived and I am told that actually no replacement is available so either take a discount or return the game. Also, they had since sold out of the item in the meantime so couldn't take the replacement out/swap with one on hand anymore. Just really poor service where the customer is left holding an empty bag and has to chase everything up themselves. This place just felt like an Amazonlite in that it was all sales before service (except lip). Adjusting this in the future and focusing on getting the customer a non-faulty item first (look after customers you already have first) would make for better customer experiences.

Product didn't work as expected. Jigsaw bits just fall off, could of stuck them to anything a lot cheaper

Love this board the only thing that could perhaps improve it is a handle.

Prompt delivery. The large puzzle board is great. Plenty of space to work on the puzzle and the felt pads keep the pieces in place.
