I ordered 10 copies of my Book 'Every Good Boy Deserves Fruit', published by The Book Bureau at my expense, in early October 2025. I was invoiced on the 8th, I paid the account on the 9th of October. On the 14th October, I emailed Raymond Antoni about when I would receive my books. He replied before the 24th of October. Not only have I not received my books, but I have sent numerous emails to him and Robin Kim and they have not replied.

I paid for 10 copies of my book 'Every Good Boy Deserves Fruit' on October 9, and I have yet to receive them. I have sent numerous emails to Robin Kim and Raymond Antoni and received one reply before 17th October, stating that I would receive my books in the following week. I have sent repeated emails stating they have not arrived, and I have received no reply.

I have entrusted The Book Bureau to publish my Biography, which with some corrections was completed about 95%. After sending the corrections to The Book Bureau as requested, I have not heard from them for over 3 months. Multiple e-mails sent, various messages left as well as telephone messages, remained without response. Recently, much to my surprise, I found out, that The Book Bureau has already published my Biography on Amazon and Kindle, without my authorization. This is in violation of the signed contract, as well as the Marketing Agreement I already paid for. The fact that my Biography has been published without my knowledge,further represents an infringement of my copyright and intellectual property, for which reason, The Book Bureau is extremely unreliable, and cannot be trusted and recommended as a self-publishing company.

Cheerful and helpful, the book bureau is always easy to deal with.

I originally explained to the helpful staff at Book Bureau via e-mail that I needed copies of my books as soon as possible for gifts to needy children etc,
The speed and the efficiency with which this has been accomplished has been amazing. Perfectly packed and delivered to my front door I am overwhelmed. We have had floods, strong winds and at times closed airports and roads. The coming of this parcel is a Great BLESSING. Thanks to ALL concerned.

The Book Bureau was very professional and timely in keeping me up to date on the progress of my book. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them.

I had the opportunity to get a book The Swanman published with The Book Bureau. It has been a wonderful experience. Mr. Robin Kim and Mr. Raymond Antoni have been very patient and helpful in the process. And I would like take a moment to commend the efforts of their production team to work for the satisfaction of the writer with such a dedication that motivates us to write more and more.

The book Burear team has been very responsive, professional, efficient, and thorough with the publishing and promotions of mybook. Definitely all thumbs up!

Robin and Raymond have been very helpful over the time i was having my latest book redone. On the ball all the time, good communication at all times. Very grateful to them both. I appreciated Robin calling very regularly to update me. Thank you.
