North Wales RoSPA Advanced Riders
They were very helpful from the start, a sample neck tube was sent, price was agreed, delivery time given.
Most importantly, they did what they said, delivered the goods on time, and the quality is exceptional.
The fabric is made in a British mill, the printing and origination done by the Branded Company, all to a very high standard and at a fair price.
Would we at RoSPA North Wales Advanced Riders use them again YES.

Quick to respond
I have dealt with Sam Lane for a several years now and he's always really good at getting merchandise turned around really quickly. He lets me know if something is unlikely to be produced in time for any deadlines we have and provides alternative options.

Passive agressive support
Tried to ask a question about a type of product and some basic design spec questions involving a few different product lines and how we can brand them. Just wanting to know what products could display what we needed to display (there were about three different ones on the web page). I expected to be guided on what we could do and signposted, but instead was met with someone who obviously got out of bed the wrong way this morning. Truly shocked by the responses I got to my questions. There really wasn't any need at all to be like that. I was happy to be guided to the most suitable line to achieve what we needed, but instead was met with aggressive replies with loads of question marks at the end! Shocking service. They have just lost any future business with our company and our clients who come to us, and any future recommendations. I'm fully expecting a response to this that's just as bad!

Customer service at its very best!
Wow! This was customer service at it's very best! I made an enquiry on Monday and by Friday, I had 60 very cute Max The Monkey with printed T-shirts. Amar was amazing and answered every email very quickly and efficiently meaning that my order arrived in record time. Max is perfect, exactly what we wanted as a memento for the cast members of our theatre group. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you Amar!

Fast, quality service
Amar was great at ensuring our order was delivered on time (a day earlier which was a bonus!). Friendly and quick to respond to emails and queries.
