I thought the shipping was unnecessarily slow, otherwise 5 stars overall

Good over the phone service answering all my questions.

Shipping only took 4 days!

Not as advertised fake feeling not realistic looking

After my first purchase, I would have given them 4 stars. I had ordered the Aphrodite breast forms and they seemed great. I then ordered a pair of foam travel forms and they were the best I had found so far. Finally, I ordered a hiding gaff with the shape wear insert. This item is garbage.
My rating has dropped to 1 Star for the following reasons...
- The first order was supposed to be delivered within 4 weeks. That was acceptable considering that the forms were customized for me. However, my order did not arrive till after 6 weeks.
- My second order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive when it should have taken less than 2 weeks.
- TBFS is frequently slow to respond to emails. When I got an answer, they tried to blame the delay on customs. (Completely ignoring the fact that the reinstatement of customs check was not to occur until 2 days after my package was supposed to arrive.) The reality is that TBFS delayed processing my order for 8 days. Then shipped it to some country in Europe. (I'm in the U.S.) TBFS eventually sent a replacement after claiming customs lost the package. (BTW, UPS sent me a notification when the first package was sent to Europe.)
- My third order took 18 days to arrive, instead 10-12 days. What I received was not what was described or pictured. The quality of the form is pure garbage. On sale I paid nearly $60. I have purchased a similar item on Amazon for $17 base, that was of better quality and appearance.
- Customers are forced to rely on Shop for purchases and updates. That app is never accurate. Based on my experience and what I have read online, this seems to be a issue that has been going on for some time.
Unfortunately, I am not likely to do business with them again.

Impractical to use too heavy.
Please provide instructions for return.

I love the quick Response of customer support and the products them selves. Although they do occasionally have issues stocking what they sell so it can take some time before you receive the the product

I recently purchased some hip pads from the store and the manufacturer sent the wrong size and style. TBFS responded right away and got the manufacturer to send the correct item. I have also purchased breast forms and butt pads from TBFS and they arrived in great shape (pun intended). This is a quality business and I recommend them highly. Their prices are competitive and customer support is superlative!

Although there was a shipping issue and it took almost 4 weeks for my Bouncees Triangle Silicone Breast Forms to arrive, the customer service was AMAZING and Anne was a great help to me.

I went with the Bouncees as they were an inexpensive option while I experimented with a 42B (Size 6 Breast Form), and they are perfect. The quality and feel of the forms is amazing and they fit extremely well for my build.

I can't wait to venture out this coming week appearing as my true self, and I plan on purchasing the same size in the Divine Collection Hera Ultimate Self-Adhering Breast Forms collection.

OMG i mean WOW, i read and reviewed the Hera forms extensively and finally ordered them, life changing!! they are absolutely amazing!!
i did mess up on the color - should have went vanilla instead of french vanilla!! so pay attention to that detail, however i think i would spend the extra and do the color match. very very realistic. i do find the nipples a bit pokey that is my only sub 100 percent comment.

I never received the items ordered. Please research the shipping tracking and, if necessary, please resend the items. Thank you.

I had never ordered breast forms before and while the sizing and product documentation on The Breast Form Store website was excellent the personal help from Anne exceeded all expectations. Anne was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ask what I wanted from the forms and helped me pick an excellent set. The bras and forms are amazing. All my expectations were exceeded.

I absolutely LOVE my new Hera breastforms. I feel so feminine with them attached, the feel, the jiggle and bounce feels so natural. The Hera is indeed a step up from my Apphordite forms

Forms were amazing quality and great customer service response.

I am disappointed to learn that even though I have not taken out my recent breast plate purchase out of the box that I am not allowed to return it for the correct color.

1. Service - What service? It took 11 days to get an email saying the item was shipped. Then another 9 days for it to actually ship.
2) Product - Product is not as described. It's flimsy, doesn't stay in place, and folds over on itself. In my opinion it needs more volume, and a little firmness. I liken it as useless as using shaving cream. It's not an enhancer, it's a complete waste of time, energy, and money. A water ballon would be significantly better than these.

The Ladies are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful, and don't judge they have helped me so much along my journey to be the woman I've always been inside. I wish I could give each of the ladies a BIG HUG AND A KISS
