I ordered a bushcraft carving knife. There was a delay in posting, so I contacted them for an update. There was a delay due to confirmation of my age and therefore needed to supply a document to confirm my age. Although it was a little frustrating that it wasn't emphasised as a necessity when ordering, It was dealt with professionally and the communication from a representative(Daniel)was reassuring and efficient. I received my item the following day.

The team who work at the Bushcraft store are the best!
I was ordering several hammocks and over a massive series of different emails where my order kept changing, they replied super fast and managed to keep their patience to help me get my order sorted.

A great store, I've shopped in store and online now and the experience is always second to none. The postage is very reasonable and delivery has always been rapid. Their range of products is great. I especially like their own label steel cookware and knives, which are fantastic quality, and I think very good value.

I ordered a Mora Knife from the Bushcraft Store. Sadly, it was the wrong one (they looked very similar in the blister pack!). I phoned up The Bushcraft Store and they couldn't have been more apologetic or helpful. They immediately sent out the correct knife (not bothering to wait for the other knife to be returned) which arrived promptly. Great customer service. Great shop. Thanks guys!

First class service, sent an email with some questions regarding a product and the responded extremely quickly. Based on their reply I went ahead and made a purchase. The delivery was super quick and the products well packed, very impressed. Thank you the bushcraft store. From what I have experienced so far I would recommend them for quality of product and fantastic customer service. Big thumbs up.

First order from this company. Whilst there prices are not cheapest the website and range of items appears good and they advertise ' communication is the key' for any issues & ordering and ' our aim is to make sure you are happy with our service and products', so i felt reasonably satisfied to place my order.
This i did via the website on a Sunday and paid immediately. On monday i received confirmation email my order had been dispatched. Great i thought!!
Some 4 days later (despite advertising 1st class post), my order had not arrived.
I contacted the company who advised they required age verification ID and the order had not been sent!
I have no issue in age checks etc but why send out an advice regarding dispatch? Equally had i not contacted them i would likely still be waiting on my order , but they had never sent out a request for any ID confirmation to me .
I supplied ID and they advised the item will be posted and supplied a tracking number, that was useless as it apparently only shows on the royal mail website once delivered.
So overall not a great first order, clearly their customer charter of communication being key failed here.
It might have been a good customer service gesture after they acknowledged their errors and apologised, to have upgraded the postage to next day, or offered a small ie 10% discount off future orders , but this was not the case. Shame as they say the quality of a company can be measured by how they respond or deal with matters when things go wrong, and they did virtually nothing to retain my custom.
Sorry guys, but unlikely to place future orders. As another reviewer states- communication poor and delivery times slow!!
