We bought our first caravan Coachman VIP 575 2020 from these great people 2 years ago, they helped us with all their knowledge as we were first timers. The handover was brilliant and we have a video to keep incase we forget anything. The caravan was spotless. Thank you and we would defo be back when we upgrade.

Arrived with my daughter who had recently bought a caravan and was immediately made to feel comfortable with the friendliness shown by Lee. Was able to take our time having a good look at what was available - a very good selection which made it difficult!
Finally settled on one and the whole process was so simple, All the staff were super friendly, especially Lee who I dealt with and it all went smoothly. Decided on a delivery date and time for the week after. Also feel confident to call if any issues occur or I’m not sure of anything. Super exciting getting bits making caravan homely and now can’t wait to get out in it. Thank you for being so helpful.

Great customer service we purchased a caravan sept 22 we have had few teething problems but mainly all good… just had our first service and was told all good buy an independent service engineer. Would recommend Winbourne caravans

What a nightmare,
Bought caravan at clubfest, i was told a couple of weeks too prep, we then got a call to say 4 weeks to prep, we were going away in caravan so had to make other arrangement,
We agreed another date and set out to pick the caravan up which was 100 miles from us, when we got there it was still in the workshop and the motormover was not working, this was 5 weeks after we paid the deposit, also, there was a broken fridge door which, after 6 weeks still hadnt been replaced, we said we would leave it with them and when could we have it and we were told another couple of weeks!
We returned home and decided we didnt want the caravan anymore and rang to cancel, we have had nothing from them and no offer to return the deposit, a terrible company who i would never deal with again

We purchased our caravan and we’re extremely pleased with it and the sales staff

When we asked for a service the following year the company were so busy with sales that they would not help and we were told to go elsewhere …. I feel they had our £20,000 and were not interested in after sales

I contacted Winchester caravans and they said that they would have helped if we had purchased from them, it’s a pity that the caravan company don’t hold the same values

We have just purchased a Swift Challenger from The Caravan Company and we had great service from start to finish, they even delivered the van to our seasonal pitch near Seaton. The bespoke video they done and posted on YouTube was so helpful. This is our second purchase from them and I would highly recommend for a peace of mind purchase.

After buying a Motorhome elsewhere I wanted to sell my caravan. I got in contact with Andrew and right from the start he was honest and profesional. We agreed a price over the phone and there was no re renegotiation when I arrived with the caravan.

I spent six hours at the Dorset branch and saw how they look after the vans in their care and the cleaners were treated with respect and made to feel part of the team ; they were politeness personified. Very friendly with great service. We didn't buy an expensive caravan, in fact it was one, if not the cheapest on site at the time, and still the service from the team has been first class. The caravan is perfect and was delivered to us spotlessly clean and fully serviced. They also have a fab shop to get all your caravanning essentials. Thank you to all the team.

We purchased a caravan back in June 2021 with no issues at all with how the sale was handled. At the first service we had carried out in July 2022 two major issue where found meaning we could not use out van for our holiday. After a call to branch Matt and his team went above our expectations not only to ensure our family holiday went ahead by a loan of a caravan but made sure all faults were rectified with minimal inconvenience to us. I would recommend them and use them again for any future purchases. Once again thank you for what you have done.

We bought our first caravan nearly eight years ago from the Caravan Company (Northampton) and it has given us fantastic service and many happy holidays.
Time moves on though and a big 4 berth has become a little too much both to tow and handle on site so we were looking for a smaller outfit.
We thought the trade in offered was very fair.
Matt was great helping us pick out a rig to suit our needs, helpful and informative without any pressure or salesman's patter.
The hand over went smoothly, the van clean as a whistle and the video emailed prior to pick up really helps as you can replay it if you miss anything.
I had a few questions but was told "don't worry we'll sort that out on the day" and sure enough it all was.
Naturally we shot off for a quick weeks break to test it out and apart from a small cosmetic issue which was soon remedied with a Phillips it was faultless.
And that's it really, a friendly Company that gives you great service and value.
Thanks to both Matts and no doubt, when we are in the market for another van, the Caravan Company will be first on the list to visit.

Terrible. sold me a car not fit for purpose. Informed them about the issues, they didn't care. I was told the car was unsafe to drive 3 months after purchasing it. The only thing they said was "get it here and we'll have a look",This was after informing them i was told it was unsafe to drive to the garage which was 94 miles away from my home. They're a joke and don't care about you the second you've paid them.

Avoid at all costs.

We had just bought our first ever caravan from The Caravan Company (in itself this was a 5* experience) and were looking forward to picking it up. There was a fire on site, though, and ours was one of the caravans destroyed. A waste bin had spontaneously combusted in the heatwave. If not for the brave actions of one of the team, who moved about 20 gas cylinders from the spreading fire, its possible the whole site could've been destroyed. When we visited the site the day after the fire, we were offered an upgrade replacement in minutes. The whole team, led by Andew the owner, were totally focused on reassuring us and making sure we were looked after. They were all extremely supportive. It speaks volumes for the company when everyone pulls together in a crisis. Puting the customer first at such a time must be very difficult and shows how they genuinely think. Tbh, I was just glad no-one was hurt. But I'm very grateful for their superb response. Oh, and I should add that we love our new, new caravan!
