Use caution when purchasing from this company. Somehow you get charged a subscription fee. It’s taken over 3 months to get my refund. They make you jump thru hoop after hoop.

Declin was great very professional knowledgeable and good at his job. It's refreshing to know that great customer service can still be found very impressed....

It was charged SLR 2240.06 to my HSBC Credit Card on 26th Nov 2024, which I did not buy anything from you.
Then I requested the bank to verify and charge back this amount to me. Do you know anything about this transaction?
I am writing this to check what has happened. Ther are many gangs doing frauds

Me parece que tienen un muy buen servicio al cliente.

They are scammers who hide behind Facebook ads for legitimate companies offering an item for sale, (In this case, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker). They then sign you up for a nonsense gift card scam which bills your credit card. If you do manage to get hold of them they say they will cancel the account for a further charge, they don't cancel it and keep charging you under another company name.
Edit - They keep contacting me by email, offering to refund me the money they scammed (Only, If I take down this Trust pilot review).

Je suis très mécontent des services de ce site marchand, ils vous promettent un remboursement après une annulation et je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a rien après plus de 15 jours alors qu’il devait me rembourser au maximum dans les 10 jours, c’est pas sérieux et malhonnête de leurs parts je ne recommande absolument pas de plus un responsable pour ne pas citer le nom Monsieur Alero ma dit de mettre un avis positif et que je serai remboursé mais je ne l’ai pas écouté tout ceci est une arnaque suivie d’une grosse escroquerie !!!!
