The worst company I have ever had to deal with on the internet. Tell lies and fail to answer any requests made. ONCE they have your order they just ignore you and one star is one to many.

Huzi helped me make my purchase of a whole CCTV home system with some great advice via an email exchange. I paid a fair price by bank transfer, and the goods arrived on the second working day via courier.
The kit is sealed, brand new, boxed as expected, and the order is complete.
I was even sent some items that I haven’t yet paid for, but can return if not needed.
As a first time customer I can say my experience was excellent.
I don’t often leave reviews this good. But credit where it’s due.

Very knowledgeable staff and competitive prices
We have had a few terrible experiences in the past with CCTV providers and installers.
Found these guys on Google, gave them a call and they promptly came to our premises to run a few checks to see what the problem was.
Ray gave us great advice and within 2 days our CCTV DVR was replaced, and all the cameras are back up online.

Probably the worst online shopping experience ever
Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I complained that I'd received a pre-installed camera (i.e. a second hand one) and got an email back that was over 500 words and asked 12 questions all designed to waste my time and prevent me from getting any help and service. Watch out for the 25% 'restocking fee' if you make the same mistake I did by ordering from these guys and then try and return something.
My recommendation is don't use this business. There are plenty other online retailers of CCTV equipment out there that must be better. I found out only too late that they have less than 30 Trustpilot reviews whereas a direct competitor has over 1,200. Thirty reviews just isn't enough to go on.

We're disappointed to learn that you're not happy with the service you received.
The highest rated aspect of our service is our after sale support and excellent customer service. As evident from our reviews, our customers rate our service excellent.
From the order details and your email, it's our understanding that you believe one of the cameras had password on it, which made you think it's used / pre-activated. You then mentioned that installers charged you extra for installation because of this. For the same reason, you, then wanted to return the whole order. It's not clear what the installers installed and charged you extra for if you had everything packed to send back weeks after? It takes 5 seconds press and hold to reset the camera.
More importantly, We don't sell graded items. We only sell brand new and sealed items and that's why it's equally surprising for us too that one of the cameras had password on it. We asked the questions so we can investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it. However, you chose not to respond to our contact and instead left us this negative review.
It's disappointing to see that you used re-stocking fees in a misleading way and wrote a whole paragraph telling others to go somewhere else.
We accept returns and have a published returns policy on our website. We have a robust returns process and any faulty goods are replaced / repaired with least down time. We provide prepaid returns labels or arrange prepaid collection of the faulty items and also cover the delivery cost for replacement items - No restocking fee applies.
Nevertheless, we understand you have every right to share your experience, but it's unfair to accuse someone of offering a bad service when you refused to provide required information for the issue to be investigated and resolved.
