Friendly, great advice, helped me understand what new DVR I would need as my old one had been discontinued. My system went down on Friday around lunchtime - did some fault finding and identified that the recorder had packed in. The company who provide support were unable to attend until the following week. I went to CCTV online and bought a replacement which indicated a 3-5 day delivery by standard post. As it turns out the recorder was put in the post on Friday and delivered by Royal Mail by lunchtime on Saturday- system up and running on Saturday afternoon. Result!
