I love the Firm and Restore Formula. As soon as it ran out I noticed the difference.. my lines came back! So I immediately bought another one. Everyone notices the difference when I use it and I feel more confident!

I’ve only been using this Firm and restore product for 5 days so wasn’t really expecting any results this fast. Wow, I can honestly say that I am shocked. My skin already appears smoother with a lot of the fine lines on my cheeks less noticeable. The cream has a silky texture and a pleasant smell. I’m looking forward to seeing what this cream can do after using for a few weeks.
I had to contact their Customer Service team for a problem with my delivery. I must say that they were fantastic. It makes a pleasant change.

Very expensive amd ineffective product.
Very expensive product and for me a waste of money. Seems just like any cheap moisturiser. Bought on special offer for three so still using - has made no difference at all to my skin. Only myself to blame by being taken in by the hype and some reviews - are they genuine? Sorry but I cannot recommend.

In my late 70's I was so very sceptical about how at this late stage this formula would change my skin.

I want to give an honest review for firm and restore. I am really disappointed with this product I have ordered six bottles twice now but my face and neck still look exactly the same so it does not work. I will say that a tube of cream lasts for four weeks and goes on lovely but does not do what it says it will do. I have giving it two stars because it smells nice and the tube last for four weeks. Please if you buy this do not expect miracles .

My order for Firm & Restore arrived quickly and was well packaged.
The cream is a nice texture and pleasantly scented.
Whilst it provides a good smooth base for underneath make-up, I haven't yet noticed any reduction in wrinkles that I have under my eyes or saggy areas which I have along my jaw line.
Its only been two weeks, so im not too disappointed and happy to persevere with it.

Dreadful selling technique
Goodness what a waste of my time. Sales technique certainly needs an overhaul. The You Tube video droned on and on and on hinting that it was a routine thst helped skin only to find that the routine in fact involved buying their products! Chelsea Laboratories - I recommend you avoid at all costs

I eventually decided to try Chelsea Laboratories’ Firm and Restore day serum, after already having decided against it once, because of their dreadful, irritating, cheap, American-style sales video. I contacted their customer service team to tell them what I thought, received a lovely, courteous reply, then made a dubious decision to purchase.
I went through the purchase process very carefully, looking out for the little box I had read about in other reviews, which, only when manually ticked (so Chelsea Labs told me) set up a subscription.
There was no sign of this box, but as I was trying to make a decision about going ahead with the purchase, another dreadful sales video popped up and started playing, suggesting I also bought their night serum. There was no way to get rid of this video and return to the payment process, so I shouted an expletive and shut the whole thing down without actually completing the order.
The next morning, I received notification that my order had been processed without my consent. I contacted Chelsea Laboratories immediately and asked why this had happened, making it clear that I neither ordered, nor wanted to order their products because of their sales techniques.
I received an extremely off hand and quite rude reply, which completely ignored what I had said. All they did was very insolently tell me that my order had gone through, had been dispatched, and that if I wasn’t present to reject the order (which I wasn’t going to be), then I would have to pay to return their products!
Meanwhile, I looked on PayPal, only to find, as expected from a company with the lack of values that these people have displayed, that a subscription payment had been set up! I have contacted them a couple of times since, only to be completely ignored.
I most certainly do not recommend anybody deals with them. On to Trading Standards…
Update, following their reply below:
Chelsea Laboratories are insisting that to obtain a refund, I must go to the trouble of posting the parcel back to them at my own expense! They are completely ignoring my question regarding how a repeat subscription fee was set up on my PayPal account.Given that this was what I was thoroughly checking for when I was about to place the order and was interrupted by their dreadful sales video suggesting I put even more products in my basket before paying, this is beyond amazing! They have also told me that it is ‘impossible’ for my order to have gone through without being completed by me. Strange, because it DID. I was stopped completing the process by the video, and I had not finished looking for the subscription box.
Having read lots of reviews since my experience, this company appears to have a very distinct history of misappropriating money from people’s accounts then refusing to return it by dint of ignoring their complaints.
I am now seriously considering police involvement.
Further update;
I have received this from Chelsea Laboratories:
‘We can cover the return shipping fee as a one time courtesy so you can return the products. Once done, please send us the copy of the tracking number so we can process full refund with the return shipping cost.’
They just continue to amaze me with their blatant cheek! They put an order through without my permission, then offer to cover the return costs as a ‘courtesy’! Unbelievable. I have told them they are welcome to come and get the parcel. If they don’t refund my money within the next two days, I am reporting them for fraud.
They also continue to completely ignore my request for an explanation of why and how a PayPal payment subscription was set up.

I have only used firm and restore for two days and already skin feels softer and smoother
I think the first thing I noticed was it feels plumped like it is stronger and of course this immediately reduced the effects of tired skin making me feel more youthful and my skin looks healthier and brighter
I am looking forward to continuing use as clearly, I am off to a flying start !!
In the past I have really struggled with sensitivity especially around the eyes and it did not seem to matter how expensive the skin cream was, I had to discontinue use after a few days
Firm and restore seems to feed the skin in such a soothing way and I have had no reaction whatsoever so feel totally joyous
I admit I was sceptical especially after trying so many brands but pleased I have kelp an open mind
I have found a new skin care range with no nasty side effects, and wonderful restorative properties
I will definitely continue to use and try other items in the range and would recommend others to try it too
