Fast delivery, great quality & true to size. Would recommend!

My husband ordered these 2 weeks before Christmas, received them in great time given how busy this time of year is! They’re adorable & feel so soft! We haven’t worn them yet but can’t wait for the cute Christmas photos with our little one ☺️

I ordered on line and they arrived promptly and safely, They look good but cannot say anything further as they are part of Christmas presents.

Originally I mistakenly ordered 3 pairs of matching pyjamas from “Christmas Pyjamas” (which is a Chinese site with a deliberately similar name, masquerading as this one and which has blatantly stolen their designs).

When I realised my mistake I ordered the same designs from here.

Having both in hand I can compare the two.

The most important difference between the two items is that these pyjamas are made from 95% natural cotton and feel reassuringly comfortable - whereas Christmas Pyjamas are only 35% cotton and 65% polyester - you particularly notice this in the trousers which feel man-made, have that plasticky smell and you can tell will make you hot and sweaty.

The pyjamas arrived quickly (2 days) and came beautifully wrapped with love and attention, and you know that they came from a company who value customer loyalty and retention above all else.

All in all I would recommend this company and its products wholeheartedly and would advise others to make sure they research thoroughly and ensure they choose this British based company rather than the cheaper Chinese replica company.

Awesome PJ's and great customer service! They didn't have what I ordered in stock which was disappointing but they sent me some alternatives and I received them promptly!

This is my second order from this company. Last year was my first order and they honestly were so amazing. I'm really sorry to say that this year hasn't lived up to last years standards.

The PJs I bought aren't the best quality, and although I've ordered the same size, the fit is different from the PJs I ordered last year. The kids PJs came with a lot of loose thread and missing stitches. The women's PJs for me aren't a comfy fit, and don't seem true to size. Both the mens PJ tops were really quite long in the body, but that was nothing major.

I'm really quite disappointed. However the colour and the design on the PJs are really nice. I've given 4* as a benefit of doubt because last years were so exceptional, and quality check mistakes can happen.

I'm still going to keep them. I always get matching PJs every year to take photos in front of the Christmas tree, but I just won't be using them beyond that this year.

Lovely pyjamas good quality, fast delivery

Received the pjs incredibly quickly which was amazing! They look fantastic, haven’t been worn yet as it’s only September but can’t wait to get cosy in them. My only gripe is the amount of plastic used in the packaging. Each pair was wrapped in a plastic bag, and within that for some reason the pj bottoms were wrapped in another plastic wrapper, with thin plastic inserts between layers of folder material. Could more recyclable packaging be considered?

Awful company and customer service.

Made a pre-order on 20 November and realised the order would not arrive in time.

Gave written notice on 22 November to cancel the order which was rejected. Asked to ‘return’ items when they were finally dispatched and arrive in December - which makes no sense at all as the items were not being dispatched from their end until more than 1 week later….

I went away with my family and upon return, immediately asked this business to accept the return of the items as I had already expressed my intention to return the products in November (2 days after purchase made), only just received the items and was returning at the very first opportunity.

They refused the return on the basis of having missed the 14 day return policy quoting ‘they treat all their customers the same’. No consideration for the circumstances, no consideration of it being the Xmas period when most companies and businesses allow extended returns.

Clearly what they mean by ‘treating all their customers the same’ is that they treat all their customers terribly. This company avoids giving refunds at all costs.

Very disappointed with this company and cannot ignore their conduct on the basis that they are family run. I try to support small businesses and family run businesses, but they are completely unreasonable and this conduct is unacceptable.

Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I placed an order and then realised i had ordered one of them in the wrong size. May i add a substantial order of 7 items. I contacted them straight away to amend order, bearing in mind it had only just been placed. They got back to me stating they could not change order and i would need to reorder correct size and return wrong one when received. Original order not dispatched. I had to pay another delivery charge for the one item. Strangely enough the one item arrived first followed days by the original order. I proceeded to return the wrong item only to be told it was outwith 14 days and they would not accept return. With christmas period and bank holidays you would think they would allow slightly extra time to return considering i had contacted them straight away and paid an extra delivery. Received orders just before Christmas and tried to return 2nd January but they go on actual order date and would not budge.
