Condition was great.
The first shipment was lost in transit (or not shipped - I'm not sure). However, after contacting the sellers a new unit was shipped immediately..
Overall a good experience. Will probably use the company again.

Ich habe bei Circular360 OÜ über Refurbed ein teures Macbook bestellt. Zunächst gab es über eine Woche lang Lieferschwierigkeiten, dann wurde eine falsche Konfiguration (Display nicht wie angegeben mit Nanotexturglas) geliefert. Statt schnelle und konstruktive Unterstützung anzubieten, schoben sich die Plattform Refurbed, der Händler Circular360 OÜ und der Versanddienstleister FedEx gegenseitig die Verantwortung zu. Ich bin vom Kundenservice bei allen dreien extrem enttäuscht und habe noch immer nicht das richtige Produkt erhalten.

Excellent refurbished tech with real peace of mind
I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude 5430 from The Circular Company and I couldn’t be happier. The laptop arrived very well packaged, in excellent physical condition, and with a battery health of 92%. Everything works perfectly — fast performance, no issues at all.
What really impressed me was the professional testing and 12-month warranty. You can clearly see they care about quality. The keyboard layout I requested was correctly installed, and the whole process (from ordering to delivery) was smooth and transparent.
Shipping from Belgium to my country was fast, and the laptop even came with a clean Windows installation. It feels like buying new but at a much better price — and much better for the environment.I highly recommend The Circular Company

Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a refurbished laptop through Refurbed.ie, which was supplied by The Circular Company. It arrived in a dirty, damaged, and faulty condition. The device was clearly not properly checked before being sent out.

When I returned the laptop due to the faults, it was sent back to them in good faith. However, it then took a further 3 weeks of constant chasing just to get the courier (FedEx) arranged to return the faulty laptop, which I had to help organise myself. The entire process was made unnecessarily difficult. I had to repeatedly chase updates and deal directly with the courier, with very little support provided.

Despite this, The Circular Company are now attempting to blame me for “damage during return transit.” This is completely unacceptable, especially considering:
• No return packaging instructions were provided
• I had to organise shipping myself
• The item was returned because it was faulty on arrival

They have refused to take responsibility and instead tried to charge additional costs to repair a device that should never have been sent out in that condition.

They still have my money and are refusing to issue a full refund.

This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience, with constant delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying refurbished electronics to think twice before dealing with this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect fair treatment or proper customer support.
