This is how customer service used to work and should work. Megan Wallis dealt with my issues sensitively, attentively and professionally throughout; I can not praise her highly enough. She was always polite and respectful, reassuring me that she was taking my complaint seriously, with speedy and helpful responses to all of my queries. I will definitely be using the Conran shop again in the future

Cushion shopping
I was shopping for cushions - the shop and the products are beautiful but I’d like to have been able to more easily pick up and look at the various cushions. The nature of the display makes that feel a bit intimidating.

brilliant after sales service
My Conran light bought two years ago was faulty. Sarah in customer services helped me every step in the journey from finding my invoices, contacting the manufacturer (my light has been discontinued), giving instructions to my electrician to fix it himself. Which he has done. She then continually followed up to check progress. It gives me confidence that buying quality ( not cheap) from Conran comes with brilliant after sales services - so its worth it!!

Great Customer Service from Megan
Although the lamp was faulty, Megan was absolutely lovely and helpful. She was so diligent when DPD did not pick up when they were supposed to and followed the process through to the end with care, politeness and efficiency.
