I ordered a chest of drawers I first saw on FB marketplace, having been directed from there to their website. All looks very authentic but item never delivered and now the website has disappeared. Definitely a scam
Same with other customers, never got my dog bed. Received fake tracking info from “track17.net” and they never responded to 4 attempts to contact them via their help gmail account and their inquiry messaging option on their website
Like others have said, goods never arrived. Provided tracking but it's all fake. Waste of time trying to contact them. Emails ignored. Total scam.
Ordered a dog bed from this "company" but never received it. I received a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking info claimed the bed had been delivered on 6th September at a specific time. Doorbell footage for that date and time proved no deliveries on that date. They did not respond to any of my emails or other attempts to contact them. Was fortunate enough to claim my money back as I had used my credit card for payment. I see other companies advertising the same product on Facebook but I am reluctant to use them in case they are the same company operating under a different name.
I ordered a dog bed from this company and never received it. The tracking information that the company sent looks fake. They have not responded to any of my emails.
I ordered on 28th August- 2 beds- got a confirmation email then it said they had been delivered on 6th September and they hadn't. I emailed twice and completed online chat but never got any reply. Luckily I paid with a credit card so they refunded the full £54. Obviously a scam company.
Bought my dog a bed and got an automated confirmation email and that was it.
Did not receive the item at all.
Chased up with with multiple emails and not a single response.
Absolutely shocking, do not use!
