I ordered custom pressure washing shirts from Custom Vibe, and unfortunately the wrong ZIP code was entered on the original shipment. USPS wasn’t able to help correct it, and I never received that first order.

After reaching back out to Custom Vibe, they stepped up and made it right. They created a replacement order and shipped everything back out to me. I finally received the shirts, and I can honestly say they were worth the wait. The quality, colors, design, and overall look came out great.

Customer service means a lot when something goes wrong, and Custom Vibe stood behind their order and took care of me. I’ll definitely be ordering more shirts from them for Southeastern Drip LLC. Highly recommend!

Super slow shipping, put the prints on back to front, no customer service either
