The Design Farmers company has failed to deliver on numerous commitments, including non-delivery of promised services such as Pay Per Click Advertising, YouTube video content creation, and consistent social media posting on our various social media accounts. The company and its representatives have made false claims and false representation of services offered, overcharged for services, refused to provide itemized receipts/documentation, offered unsatisfactory tech support. This in addition to website downtime, security issues, and lack of dedicated resources. After confronting David, Mike, and their "team" and requesting a refund of the over $20,000+ we paid The Design Farmers, they ghosted us for months. Now, they have started creating fake social media accounts in our name and taken unauthorized control of our web domain and refused to transfer the domain back to our control.

Worse experience in my life. Nothing but SCAM artists. They don’t listen to what you want, and promise you a 2 week website. Then after nothing is accomplished they will refuse to reimburse you.

Now these crooks from TheDesignFarmers had the audacity of posting a FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW using my photo in order to illegally attempt to improve their online reputation. ONLY my bad reviews towards them are legit. Someone please report these criminals to the police. I still have not received back my $1,000 that they stole from me.

They are diligent. Gave there time to my project and executed it on time. im a happy customer.

David was very helpful and attentive to all my needs. I would use them again.

I was very happy with the end results of my website. David worked with me on everything I needed. I'm excited to see if I can sell my new product!

I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the upselling on his end, but I understand the need to offer it as a small business owner. One recommendation I have is to be transparent about all options and what's needed/offered.

Overall it was a very good experience working with David! The site turned out very nice!
