Designocracy has been great to work with over the past three years! Ali has done a wonderful job helping me through each phase. They work fast and do amazing work! I would highly recommend for anyone needing website or mobile app support!

We brought The Designocracy in to revamp our entire digital presence, new webiste, updated brand visuals, and a proper social media strategy. I've worked with a lot of agencies over the years and the thing that stood out immediately was how oraganized they were. From the day one, Travis walked us throught the design direction with clear reasoning behind every choice, nothing felt random. Jacob's project management was solid, the site loads quickly, works perfectly on mobile, and the CMS handover was smooth with Zero confusion. I'm satisfied with their services....

This website upgrade turned out to be an absolute NIGHTMARE with Designocracy. The project was never officially completed nor satisfactory, as they pushed to make the site go “live” knowing that there were several issues that needed to be fixed. And, then after going “live”, there continued to be issues (and MAJOR) issues on daily basis. When issues were brought up to them, they either denied that there were any issues, or they would attempt to maybe “fix” something that would cause something else to continually fail. They overpromised from the start (clearly being in over their heads). The project was promised to be completed within 60 days but went well beyond that (9 months and counting...). Ali and his team failed to meet/complete deadlines, had consistent delays in response times (or even ghosting altogether), pushed back on requirements that were clearly defined at the start of the project agreement, failed to provide necessary documentation when I would ask for specifics, lacked any viable recovery plan to get the project back on track, and left the project in a state that's unusable for its intended business purpose.
They had left me no choice but to seek other help, as I had many conversations with both Ali (and Will) about all the issues with the website and app in order to give them a chance to ACTUALLY FIX everything, and they denied that there were ANY issues. They also tried mentioning that their team had checked everything, and all was working-CLEARLY NOT the case!! When I mentioned to Ali that another company was going to do an audit on these issues, he said, “I am 100% confident that they will find no issues/bugs”. Well, the other company found 26 very detailed additional issues in addition to the original 12 I had sent them.
Designocracy was given many opportunities (and months) to come up with a viable recovery plan to get the project back on track and clearly failed to do so.
I had put near 20k into this project, only to find out that it would cost 16k-18k to solely FIX all the issues that were found within the audit, underneath Designocracy’s project. We have lost thousands of dollars, clients, stylists, all because of Designocracy’s failure to even deliver a functioning website!! Not to mention all the stress, disappointment, exhaustion, and frustration. There should be an option for ZERO stars.

Needed help getting my website revamped. Not sure what I wanted, but Jacob was great and helped me out! The site looks great! Also, for some reason my email quit working, but Jacob stayed on it and got everything running smoothly. Looking for a long term relationship with Designocracy!!!! Great job and even better folks!

Had a need for a piece of specialized code for our business's Shopify - quick quote - quick turn around. Documentation of what was done could have been a bit more thorough, but overall happy with the results.

Don't do it. They may be good at designing web sites, but if you ask them to do updates, revisions, or work after the fact, they will not discuss quotes upfront, and charge you ridiculous rates. If you push back on their practices or their rates, they will use high pressure sales tactics and threats to try to get you to pay. They say they are based in Delaware, but they are all overseas. Language is a major issue.

Our website was hacked, and it would not have been had designocracy on their work properly.

I hired Designocracy to create a logo for a new business I was starting. I am very particular, because a logo is the first impression a customer will see that represents your business. The logo had to be very professional looking and reflect exactly what the business is. I worked with an extremely talented designer named Jacob; he was awesome! He had me complete a form asking questions about the business before designing the logo, so that he would have an idea of what it should look like. He created an incredible logo!!! I was very pleased with the logo design. He was great to work with and very prompt in his communications. This was all done by text and email communications, as we live in different states. I plan to use Desigocracy for future media needs for my business. Highly recommend Jacob and Designocracy.

We had reservations about converting a 180-page website and CMS tool, complete with user guides, to WordPress with a company 7 time zones earlier and English as a second language. But Ali and his team removed any concerns. Over nine months, we had regular convenient Teams status meetings with little communication issues. Ali demonstrated extreme patience, provided quick turnaround of revisions, and made excellent recommendations for efficient QA testing and transfer of the active legacy website content to the new WP site. Designocracy is an excellent value, too!

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and honest Designocracy and the team here is from start to finish. I recommend this company to anyone just starting out a business. If you give them the text and layout, they will do it as you want it. Ali is the man and I could not be more happy working with him. Disappointed with the communication and the attention to detail.

They did deliver an updated site, but the first iteration had zero creative design. In fact one page was simply the copy I provided, pasted onto the page. I had to chase them EVERY step of the way. It was exhausting.

My main request was that the site load speed be improved, but the final site is now slower to load than when we started!

I gave up on chasing them and just hired another freelancer to clean it up.

I’m going to be completely straight up. I got referred to him and this man has been by far the best I’ve worked with for getting logos. I’ve had 2 logos done with him and he’s super professional, has great communication, great skills, he’s passionate about what he does and that tells a lot about how he works… if you’re not sure something, he fixes it and doesn’t complain. Dude is the real deal and I’ll recommend him to anyone, he’s got my business from here on

Travis C. did an amazing job of designing a logo for our new business venture. It just so happens that during this time I am also doing multiple other projects and Travis was so patient with me to get us the logo we love. We are very happy with the custom logo he made. I have recommended Travis & Designocracy to others for their professional design needs. We also plan to stick with Travis for all our future needs. I definitely recommend them.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had from a customer service perspective. A project that was supposed to have taken six days extended to two months. The questionnaire I complete was not reviewed to fulfil my request and I finally let them go with my mobile site not being completed to my satisfaction. Jacob was great from a sales perspective but Farhan couldn’t deliver. Considering their professional logo, they’re great sales pitch, and their professional looking questionnaire m, there’s no way I could’ve known that they were inexperienced with wix revisions. Once the contract was signed and they were paid, the told me wix doesn’t allow for customization (this is false after confirming with wix), fonts cannot be customized (also false – I actually had to show them how to upload a customized font) and they said simple shapes from a selected template couldn’t be deleted as it was part of the template (false - It’s as easy as selecting the shape and hitting the delete button). I paid $1100 Canadian for this and will be paying another $500 to fix it to my site. Over 42 emails and this was the experience. I’m still mind blown. Your response is so far from accurate.
