⭐ Outstanding Support During a Difficult Time
I cannot thank Directors Help enough for guiding me through my company liquidation process.
As the owner of a successful independent business, finding myself in this position was incredibly difficult and emotional. I had never been through anything like it before, and I was scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to expect.

The Directors Helpline Helped Me!
For the past 12 months, I had been struggling with VAT and PAYE obligations while running both a dog walking business and a dog grocery business. With seven staff members, rising fuel costs, increasing energy bills, minimum wage rises, National Insurance contributions, pensions, VAT, and business rates, the financial pressure became overwhelming.
I was losing sleep, constantly stressed and convinced I had somehow failed as a business owner. Despite carefully factoring all costs into my pricing, the business began to struggle once we crossed the VAT threshold. The creditor I owed money to was HMRC, but the fines, interest, and payment arrangements quickly became increasingly difficult to manage. Each quarter seemed to bring more pressure and higher amounts that needed setting aside.
After one particularly sleepless night, I came across Directors Helpline and decided to reach out. Will Davies contacted me promptly, and after our very first conversation, I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders. For the first time in months, someone helped me see the situation clearly. My businesses were successful, we had waiting lists, I was doing everything possible, and many of the challenges were simply the reality of operating a small business in the current economic climate.
Will was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was handled thoroughly, with meetings arranged involving both myself and my accountant to fully understand our position and discuss the best options available. The advice and guidance provided gave me clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward.
I would highly recommend Will Davies to any business owner who is feeling overwhelmed, losing sleep, struggling with HMRC debt, or sacrificing their own income to keep their business afloat. There are options available that many of us simply don't know about, and speaking to someone with Will's expertise can make all the difference.

I found these guys through Instagram believe it or not. And obviously you think it's a scam or a bit dodgy. But talking to Claire today was a breath of fresh air. Just getting a bit of clarity and up front quotes of what it's going to cost me with HMRC and Companies House.

Outstanding Support When You Need It Most
When you have worked hard for 20 years building a business, it can be incredibly difficult when external factors force you into a challenging and stressful situation.
I had previously dealt with suppliers and advisers who charged a considerable amount of money but, in reality, offered very little meaningful help. The experience with The Directors Helpline has been completely different.
David has been absolutely amazing. Not only has he provided clear, practical and knowledgeable advice, but the level of support and understanding has been exceptional. When you are running a business on your own, it can feel very lonely and, at times, very dark. Having someone there who genuinely understands, listens, reassures you, and helps guide you through the process makes a huge difference.
David responds to questions quickly, explains things clearly, and makes you feel like you are not dealing with everything alone. That support has been invaluable.
I honestly cannot recommend The Directors Helpline highly enough. Even if you are only just starting to struggle, don’t wait until things get worse. Speak to them. They are supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely care.

Hi to all those out their with head in their hands ,being alone suffering Anxiety Frustration, Bullied ,severe panic, suicidal thoughts and simply not knowing what to do (me being one) i reached out to the Directors Helpline expecting harsh remarks and hands out expecting payments hidden in the advert, Well i can personally tell you all i made that call and have been overwhelmed with the advice and shoulder to cry on and the utter professionalism, courtesy and free advice given to me by Claire Mitten an absolute superstar ,guiding me in all i needed to know.
