good service but was suppoesd to receive a free gift spending over 50 pounds a 5cl bottle of blue vodka.

Great service fast delivery

Dreadful customer service, in that they do not respond. My order was accepted, a DHL reference number was given to me. Nothing arrived so I checked the DHL website to find that they had not recieved the goods. No responce or messages from Dropstore customer service so raised an issue with my credit card and then recieved a refund with no explanation. Dreadful I won't be ordering again

Terrible company. Ordered 5 bottles for our wedding favours. Website states delivery 3-5 working days. It’s now been 7 working days and it hasn’t even been despatched. We need them for in 3 days time. No response to emails, Facebook messages or their online enquiry form. I’m going to have to raise a dispute with my bank for goods not received to try and get our money back. Not the added wedding stress I needed for such a simple task!

Terrible customer service, placed an order which was needed by a certain date (judging by their delivery dates should have been more than enough time) only to have no communication and no way of tracking. Numerous emails to follow up and ignored for the most part, one email stating it would be with me by a certain time which did not happen and silence ever since. Have requested a refund so will wait and see if I hear back!

Dropstore is a fantastic company, always well stocked for my always growing collection of DMF. World class service as always

Easy transaction. Kept informed and arrived when expected.

Prompt delivery for well priced drinks and excellent quick communication which helped me avoid a double delivery charge. Will definitely use them again

I've ordered quite a few times from the drop store. Great prices, quick delivery and always well packaged.
