Very Quick Team and Professional Working
One of the most professional team, always 24x7 to reply and were very accommodating, this was my 2nd booking with them, great itineraries and hidden gems they recommended, the trip was worthwhile!
We visited Dubai and Maldives with them and the experience was surreal. I highly recommend going forward with them.

It looks like this agency keeps scamming customers according to the negative reviews they received
All customers faced same problem with this agency absolutely shocked how they stayed in business
They show cheap prices online ( too good to be true) once you make the payment the following day you receive an email that you have to pay more otherwise you get refund excluding £30-£50 charging fees! ( I can assure you that you will never get refund! ) I’ve been waiting for more than 6months now
When you phone them they don’t answer and they say this number for WhatsApp messages only which is clearly scam!
On top of that you will get a lot of threats from them for leaving review!
Best way to avoid them and buy tickets straight from big known companies hustle free

Best deals and friendly staff , i booked a flight through wego on easy trips initially my booking declined due to credit card issue, i called them and explained my situation and ask to allow me to pay from 2 different card, they promptly process my request and booked my tour without any extra charges

Cancelled my flight from India because my doctor advise not to travel for next 60 days ,I called easy trips and got a chance to speak with a gentle man called sean he was so soft spoken kind he understand my situation spoke to airline and get my full refund and today I received it in my bank thanks and cheers to him

SCAM!
This company is an absolute scam! I booked my tickets, then to be contacted that I had to pay extra for the 4th passenger. After disputing it for several weeks, I eventually decided to agree to the absurd cancellation charges and await my refund. It has been 3 months and despite American Express closing our dispute, they were still stringing us along about American Express had to contact them explicitly to confirm the dispute had been closed. We have now re-opened our dispute and hope American Express can obtain the refund. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS! We are hopeful American Express can obtain the refund as we have submitted all evidence.

This company is complete scam. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I paid for my tickets with the price they had given me online, then they called me to tell me that the price had increased by £213.98, they told me I need to pay the increased amount which I declined as I had already paid for the price he gave me the first time. I rejected the increased priced and asked for a full refund as it was very suspicious which they accepted. Then, 10 days later I got my refund only to notice that they deducted £45 from my refund for no reason whatsoever. This is terrible! I do not recommend!!

This company is a scam DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I found a ticket with them, i then booked and paid then i got an email saying booking was declined. Bear in mind money has been taken out £470 just for one way. I called them no one picked up for hours. They kept saying someone will call in 30mins which i didn't get. I then called the company that took the money travel house and re-assured me that the money has not been taken out and will be reversed by the company. Well it didn't get reversed, i then contacted my bank raised a dispute and fortunately my bank paid me back. So get ready scammers cause the bank is going to come for their money. Terrible terrible service. Never seen a company like this in my life and the way they reply back to their reviews is disgusting unprofessional.

My experience with them was generally positive. I was able to find a decent flight to New Zealand at a price that seemed fair. Customer service was responsive when I had a minor query about baggage limits.
