Because I still haven't received my order after 3 weeks and have emailed, called and sent a message on their instagram account with absolutely no one getting back to me.

Order apparently did not work as no confirmation email. £42 charged but nothing delivered and no response from customer services until I posted a review on here. Fingers crossed, it will get sorted now.

The silicon sheets are very hard to handle & store.
I wasn’t expecting to have to juggle with them!

Wonderful product.
We've been using these products for a while now. They work!
The packaging it's shipped in gets eaten by our worms and the spray is safe for the cat.

All in all we love this and could not recommend it highly enough.

Top tip; When cleaning really, really greasy surfaces we use a tiny, and I mean tiny, drop of washing up liquid. Other than that you don't need anything else.

I love all of the products I’ve ordered. It was delivered quickly, the packaging was beautiful and everything was great quality - perfect for gifts! I ordered bamboo straws, a facial cleanser, charcoal mouthwash and the reusable makeup remover pads. I am so happy that I’ve found The Eco Shop and can’t wait to try more products.

Order was running late because of an out of stock item so I was refunded without a problem. Other items were great and very professional. Staff were really helpful. Would recommend this company 😊

I placed an order on November 25th and received an acknowledgement of the order.
On December 8th I emailed The Eco Shop to ask about the delay as my order hadn't arrived.
I received an automatic acknowledgement stating their aim to reply within 48 hours.
It's December 15th and I'm still waiting.

I placed an order on 30th November and I still haven’t received it or any further info regarding dispatch. Emailed them twice and have had no response at all! Would not buy from here again!

Lovely to shop for products in a place where you know the environment and ecological impact is a huge consideration. I never thought enough about it when shopping but now that there's a place I can go online to shop and be assured that my concerns for the environment are shared it's actually a huge weight off.
