William Hanson is always interesting and this webinar was no exception. He gave a history of greetings and the logic behind them and what to do in the current coronavirus epidemic.

William is a charming and engaging host, with just the right combination of useful, well-researched information...and fun! Short, half-hour sessions exactly hit the spot. It might have been nice to have responded to a few questions, to give a feeling of being part of a viewing community, but my question was answered in the body of his presentation anyway - perhaps the others were too.

Another amazing webinar by The English Manner. Always interesting, interactive and very informative. I have attended several and shall continue to do so.

The webinars provide excellent etiquette tips and well documented historical information on the how, where, and why we do what we do. Today's webinar featuring Butler John Robertson gave behind the scenes insight to the butler and other household staff duties.
My goal is to always have a couple new take-aways and William Hanson consistently delivers. Kudos to the English Manner!

The most important takeaway from the Royal entertaining webinar was observing the level of discretion maintained by Ms Messervy throughout. She didn't give away anything about the Royal family, yet left us with a sense that we had all been behind the scenes in their homes. Thank you.

A very informative webinar that was a pleasure to attend. Personal stories gave a interesting insight into life "behind the scenes" as well as life lived as a Royal. As a Brit residing in the US I relish keeping up with anything "Etiquette"from Great Britain as I have established my own etiquette business here in the New York City Area.
