Unethical business practices
Fino approached me to provide them with a service. Everything seemed fine, they seemed to understand the limitations and terms of what I provided them with. We were providing them with high quality SMTP relays so that they could reach inboxes for their customers, the limitation being "Do not send spam from our platform." Seems reasonable, right? Well, 1,567 unsolicited marketing (SPAM) emails later, it seems that The Fino Partners is not an ethical business.
If The Fino Partners has no problem tossing ethics aside to send spam to people, what makes you think they'll be ethical in any other dealing? Hard pass on these guys.
Edit: Every single thing that was said in this review is factually true and fully documented. If The Fino Partners do not like the facts that came from their own making, that is their own fault and no concern of mine. Unsolicited marketing email is spam and our policy is to bill $1 per spam email to go toward the damages to our network that are permanent if not resolved by human intervention. That The Fino Partners chose not to review our policy AND chose to send spam email from our platform further solidifies both incompetence and unethical behavior on their part.

We categorically dispute the claims made in this review. We subscribed to your service based on the pricing and terms clearly advertised on your website, which stated $49 per year with unlimited email. At no point during signup or onboarding was it clearly disclosed that additional per-email charges of $1 per message would apply. We have paid the advertised amount and have supporting payment evidence on record.
When our team began using the service in line with what was advertised, we were unexpectedly informed of additional per-email charges. Upon learning this, we immediately ceased usage of your platform. There was no intent to misuse your service, and there was no agreement to any such per-email pricing structure.
We operate in the U.S. market and have served businesses for over 16 years. We maintain strict internal standards and do not engage in unethical practices. Posting a public allegation of spam without acknowledging the clear pricing and communication discrepancies is misleading and damaging to our business reputation.
We respectfully request that you reconsider or correct this review, as it does not accurately reflect the commercial facts of this situation.
