Fantastic provider for First Aid course

Stella was a brilliant instructor: kind and friendly and made everyone feel at ease. This meant everyone felt comfortable asking questions and resulted in the whole class feeling more confident. The course content was informative and Stella's knowledge was incredible. She paused regularly to allow for questions and discussion and answered any questions clearly. Would absolutely recommend.

Stella is a fantastic instructor - professional and also personable. The right blend of direction with real life examples to help the information stick. You leave knowing that what you have learned is so important, and feeling confident that you now have the skills to save a life!

Great paediatric first aid course with an excellent blend of practical hands-on training, discussions, videos, and a quiz. The trainers, Amanda and Shelley, were warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain and demonstrate thoroughly while sharing helpful tips and advice. I would definitely recommend The First Aid Zone.

The online theory element (completed before 06/09/25) was easy to navigate and broken down into manageable sections.
