What a ripoff. There is nothing special about these muslin blankets that you can't get for 25% the cost anywhere else. The Fleece Company stopped communication as soon as they got my money for the purchase and refused to provide an expected delivery date, no matter how many times I asked. There is no real customer service. It took weeks and when I finally got a response I tried to cancel the order and they said it was too late. So I tried to do a return and guess what - it has to be returned TO GERMANY. Which costs $300 FedEx, more than I paid, but I'm out $160 total for a flimsy little piece of gauze.

Took a long time to receive. When they arrived they were so lightweight and very short, they are just not functional. And can't be dryed in the dryer.
The worst part is:
I wanted to return. I thought they came from USA, the return is to Germany. It cost $58. before tracking and insurance...
Ok, so I'm keeping them, maybe a baby will come along but how will a busy Mother care for them?

Zero stars! They don’t tell you this but you have to send it back to Germany. The fleece wrap is one size fits all. It’s so large and bulky and looks terrible in your body. The photo online shows it being hung on a hanger and never on a person. They kept telling me that the site states sending it back to Germany ($313!) but nowhere does it state that. Do not buy from this company.

Ripoff ! Have to to return these Chinese sized pajamas to Germany ?? And no zip code provided … it probably would not get there and I suspect the company is bogus in china or something . They use AI to respond to customer service

Don’t buy. Inferior quality. Thin, smaller than a double bed, Horrible bumpy texture not soft at all, not neatly edged and colours not as shown on advertisement. Blankets took weeks to arrive. To get a refund I have to return these items to Germany. I’m in Australia.

They misrepresent the truth. They are not worth the price, quality, or size accuracy. Their queen size is smaller than a twin bed comforter and is more like a thin lap blanket for the couch. I can provide sccreenshots of my email communication that they require all the blankets to be laid out and tape measures along both sides so they can read the numbers.

If I could insert zero stars I would! I ordered in November, it was not delivered and I’ve been requesting a refund for the past 4 months, when they bother to respond they tell me they’ve requested my refund!! Delayed response to my email, worst customer service ever!! I would avoid this company like the plague

I was charged today, please respond to return the product, receive my refund and to stop future payments.

I received my blanket and the hole is too big for me. The blanket did not keep me warm, I didn't use it only tried it once there is no point keeping it. I have been emailing them return it and get refunded of course hasn't responded at all.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Took 7 weeks to deliver! These wraps were one size fits all. Yes- a 6 year old! Unbelievable! Took two weeks to respond back to my emails! They do not send return label. This company is in Germany. A whopping $137 to return!!! Totally serious! Almost fell over at post office! Do nit order from this company- SCAM!

SCAM!!! Do not purchase. I was going to give these as Christmas gifts. I ordered two.

They took 8 weeks to get to me and it was right before Christmas.

The blankets were mishapened and you could see straight through them! Which left me scrambling to find two gifts last minute.

I requested a refund. It took about twenty emails. They finally agreed to a refund which I never received!!!

Horrible experience, fist time I ordered the shawls. They arrived a month later. Then ordered the buy one get one muslin queen size blankets. Delivered to wrong address I contacted them only via email . Got automated responce. Week later after numerous attempts via email to contact them receive no response finally one of my neighbors ran my doorbell handed me my package that was delivered to their home accidentally I opened my package and fine to really small role like blankets email them immediately let them know that I did receive my blankets but there are no blankets they are towel sizes so disappointed contacted them on a daily basis via email since it's the only way you can contact them and have not received a response I requested to have a return label shift to me so that I can send them back and then requested a full refund horrible company would never recommend go buy for them again.

I ordered 2 queen size fleece blankets. What I received would not completely cover the top of the mattress. nothing left to hang over the sides. I did not get queen size blankets. They might be twin size! I will not order from this company again.

ZERO stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered two queen sized blankets - both were very thin and no where near the queen size as stated. A twin size at best. I contacted the company, sent pictures as proof and over and over again they offered me 25% refund on my $125 order. I will spread this company’s name far and wide to warn others of my hard lesson learned. I also ordered mid December as Christmas gifts, it arrived a week after Christmas.

This company is a scam . I received my shawls late for Christmas and when they did arrive they looked as though a doghad slept on them for a week. Covered in hairs . Quite disgusting. They won’t respond to my refund request. Stay well clear . DO NOT BUY !!!!!! The smell from the product is dusgusting. They demanded pics of garments which I sent. After 20 demands for refund they are trying to give me other items! Wouldn’t take anything from this dusgusting company . My bad for not searching reviews prior.

Ordered 2 king original fleece blankets on 12/18 for christmas gifts and got them Jan 4th. They actually had to go thru customs then was packaged and shipped to me from I think someone in NY. The blankets are made in China and are thin and not what I expected. My virus software even tells me it's unsafe to click on the link to check tracking info.

Bought the queen sized muslin blankets and when i got them they were only as big as a single sized blanket. I don’t know how they measure them but it said it’s 150x200 cm but i can say it’s only 1 m in width. On top of that, they were peeling so much and so much lint and fluff was coming off it that i can’t even use it. I emailed them twice to ask for a refund about a week ago but they still haven’t got back to me. To me the whole thing seems like a scam.

It came wrapped in plastic that said made in China. It stunk to high heaven! Mine was a gray blanket with poorly finished corners using white thread they did not trim or finish off, and so thin I can see daylight through it when I hold it up to the window. I bought two of them for Christmas gifts, but I'm too embarrassed to give them away.

Skip this company. Service is terrible and the product is not good either. I ordered two full sized blankets and they are not big enough for a baby crib. I ordered Dec 13 and they didn't arive to Dec 31

I ordered 4 queen size blankets and when I got them they were the size of either a throw or twin they definitely aren't the size of a queen very disappointed tried to contact company still no response would love to get my money back but I don't see that happening the blankets are very thin not what I was expecting at all by all the pictures shown on the website and Facebook

Received 2 shawls with low expectations as I read reviews AFTER placing my order. Opened the first one, grey colour, and was pleasantly surprised, yes the fabric isn't at all luxurious, it's thin in some areas, but I would use the shawl. I ordered 2 in their 'sale' so decided I'd give the black one to my sister as a gift. Thankfully something made me open it to check it - COVERED IN DOG OR CAT HAIRS, REVOLTING! I don't know if this was a customer return that they sent out again or what but they expect me to pay postage with strict terms etc to return it. AVOID AVOID AVOID
