A giant problem and Conrad came through.

J'essaye de booker un vol sur le site - je choisis les dates, je remplis toutes mes infos, au moment de valider le payement ça ne passe pas. Je demande de me rappeler, une dame me rappelle qui parle un anglais approximatif, m'explique que pour les dates choisies le prix serait beaucoup plus cher ( 400 $ de plus!), donc, je lui dis non, je ne suis pas intéressée .. elle me parle mal!
Attention avec eux, ils mettent des prix et des vols inexistants pour attirer les gens, c'est tout !

This was my second time trying to make…
This was my second time trying to make a Change on my return flight. The first person wasn’t able to make the changes. So I tried again on May 30, 2024 and was lucky to get Bella who was able to make all my Changes even though I had changed my mind while Bella was helping me.
