Beautiful clothes but why three weeks for a refund? I returned a blue 8 Jan and still no refund on 29 January. I would be very grateful for an explanation.
I would love to purchase again but this delay with refunds is not acceptable

Wonderful experience. The stylist picked out a lovely range of pieces for me to try, and allowed plenty of time for trying and re-trying the various outfits, as well as introducing new options and sizes. No hard sell. Dressing room was large with good mirrors, lighting and natural light which made the experience much more positive than most in-store changing rooms. I bought a clever crepe jacket and matching dress and skirt for a job interview. Amazing fit and cut that really boosted my confidence, and I got the job! Thank you team Fold.

The quality of the product was great and the customer service was excellent. It is always difficult getting sizing correct when ordering online but they were super efficient at organising my free return so I could re-order a different size. I can't wait to wear my new top. I have been a customer of The Fold London since their first year of operation. I was looking for workwear that was business smart but not too common and not old-fashioned. I find their designs unique, and their fabrics of the highest quality. I recently purchased 3 dresses and one of them became out of stock temporarily. Their customer service was amazing - they helped me with securing one of the dresses that was returned by another customer and although it was a busy period over the holidays they offered me complimentary next day delivery to ensure I got my dress before the Christmas holiday.

The Fold London is a premium brand in every way - quality, designs and customer service. They are pricey but worth every penny.

Elly and team were excellent in helping me find a good work suit that is comfortable and well-made. The pieces which they did not have in stock were ordered online and delivered very quickly to my house.

In today's age to find good customer service isa real plus. I experienced just that when I reached out to The Fold. A live person called me back within hours and answered all my questions. I love the clothes at The Fold and now the customer service as well. Double thumbs up!

First time client here-purchased a few sizes because I wasn’t familiar with the brand and how it runs. First impressions: high quality garments, gorgeous designs, pricey but definitely worth it. Beyond that, the Customer Support is Next Level! Long story but I needed help untangling my returns. Helena was an absolute Saint. She sorted me out, generated labels and even arranged a pickup at my office when the “local” DHL” drop was nearly an hour away. I cannot say enough positive about my first experience with this brand. Definitely won’t be my last. The Fold is restoring my love for clothing shopping-thank you!!

The simple on- line process for booking styling session was excellent. When I arrived the item I’d been interested in trying was set aside for me. Staff at the shop were very helpful with advice on styling and alterations if I needed, either immediately or at a later date. Thank you
