For what it's worth
Let's start off my saying the obvious , it's great have a supplier of equipment related to the lifestyle we have chosen and it's the best option currently in India , hands down.. expensive but great
The comms can use a lot improvement, there have been multiple times I've messaged about availability of certain items and asked if they would be in stock soon , and told I was told 'no' just too see the same item in stock 2 weeks later..
Knowing that the product would actually be in stock would have helped me make a better decision in purchase.

In a sea of shady websites, this one is reliable.
Their customer service actually replies. Ordered some stuff from there, shipping seemed delayed, pinged them on whatsapp, got a quick replay, and like they said, things got delivered, exactly as specified.

Good device, ok delivery...
Delivery was ok...
The device also looked new and fresh.
Works well. Great product.
The device came out of the box without any instructions on how to use.
And throw in some freebies...atleast for first time buyers.

Scam
Received an empty box by courier and received no response to my messages from the contact number listed on the website, even though it was evident that the messages had been read.
