You could literally take some new AVX's out their box and replace them with the one's these guys sent me and you wouldn't know the difference. Spot on.

Golf balls ordered were 'Mint' condition. Almost all of them arrived scuffed. Used them as normal.

I didn’t want to return balls that as they had been used. If you state MINT, ensure you send MINT condition balls. And don’t get your knickers in a twist and ChatGPT a quirky response 😂

Stick to Premier Lake Balls or Golf Ball God.

Take the feedback and the criticism on the chin. You keep talking about the one ball I sent an example of. Did you want 12 pictures of all 12 balls? Grade B at best. Learn how to grade properly as it’s the foundation of your business. And please do ‘warn’ the other businesses mentioned about me, been using them both for a while and will continue to do so.

I said I’d remove the review as I was happy for you to rectify the issue. You did want to. No one demanded anything. Nature of business when someone mis-sells you something, normally a goodwill gesture is offered. But your first email was just excuses.

Quality golf balls at a reasonable price. The mint condition ones are the ball of choice. No marks ( other than logos).

Placed an order and my old address was still registered. The website gives you a couple of minutes to amend your order and information which i did. I then emailed them to confirm if the address had been changed and received no response. The next day i received an email saying my order was on the way and I noticed the address was still wrong so I emailed them again to ask if they could change the shipping label before the courier collects the parcel and once again no response. My parcel has now gone missing at my old property and nobody even bothered to reach out. Also paid for next day delivery and my order was delivered 3 days after. Customer service team seem not to exist. Bought from them before and had no issue with the balls.

My golf balls were not of standard I expected, but the guys have been fantastic and made up for this.
I have ordered before and will continue to in future. Any negative reviews on here do not reflect accurately on how helpful these folks are.

Incredible service! I needed a particular ball that I could use regularly, and they had it sorted for me effortlessly. Placed my order on Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, it was already delivered. Their efficiency left me delighted!

The balls received were of very different condition. Some very good and some poor like they had been in the bottom of a lake for a couple of years and gone yellow which would be fine if I’d bought poor condition balls. I was giving these guys a try as heard they were local but I think I’ll go back to previous supplier who seem to be more consistent in grade if the balls.

These are my Go To guys for used golf balls. Their consistency and customer service is much better than some others.

I ordered 48 mint TP5x balls and honestly couldn’t believe how perfect everything was. I usually only buy new balls, but my new course is on clay and heavy in winter, which means I lose a lot of balls—even from the fairway. I thought I’d give these guys a try and I’m so glad I did.
The whole process was faultless: free and super-fast delivery, the balls were in mint condition, and they even included some free tees.
