I've done about 25 t-shirt and jersey orders in the last six years and have nothing but great things to say about all phases of the ordering process. Great designers, great customer service via phone and email, great traveling sales people, great product.

The approved graphics of the uniform I purchased did not actually match up with the uniform I received.

After receiving them, I was told the uniform I ordered was not a legal style. This was concerning to me because 1) I asked this question to the salesman prior to ordering because it did cross my mind, 2) the salesman actually brought in a sample of this exact uniform style when pitching me on the product, 3) no one from The Graphic Edge contacted me prior to the uniforms being created that they couldn't make them as ordered because they were not compatible with state rules. They changed my order without contacting me.

In addition, the purple in the approved artwork and the actual purple are not the same. I was told, after receiving the uniforms, that Under Armor does purple in a darker shade. Once again, why wasn't this communicated to me prior to the uniforms being made and not after the fact? Why send out artwork for approval if you know it won't match the finished product.

If I give them the benefit of the doubt, I will say The Graphic Edge has communication issues. Someone a bit more skeptical might think they were mislead on purpose.

Excellent customer service, timely, and quality products!

We get our softball jerseys done every year by them. Get our stuff in a timely manner and the work is always great. The few times there was an error or mistake, they took care of it immediately. Angelo Alesia is great to work with and has come up with great designs for our stuff the past few years. Highly recommend the Graphic Edge for any of your needs.

The sales person i ussually work with was out of the office for a week. The receptionist recomended another sales person. I placed my order with a specified delivery date. I received the order two weeks ahead of schedual and correctly finnished. Very pleased.

Our team has ordered our apparel from GE for years, this year however we had a very negative experience. We met with our sales man and he said get would our order ready by a certain date. One month after that date and towards the end, emailing him daily, we still didn't have our online store ready. Many of the daily emails went unanswered and the ones that were, they said they were working on it. We got strung a long and NEVER got an online store. We had to scramble to find another company to help us now at the end of our track season and our kids weren't able to have new track apparel to wear for the season for the 1st time ever. We were very upset with how Graphic Edge treated us as we have been a loyal customer.

The product quality and service from The Graphic Edge is excellent! The art department works hard to create a design just as the customer wants and is willing to make many minor adjustments. The salespeople work hard to ensure the best pricing for customers and the product is delivered in a timely manner.

The Graphic Edge rocks! Steve and his crew work hard to ensure we are always satisfied with our purchases. Craig's ability to create artwork that continues to wow us is priceless! We are so grateful to have them handling all our screening needs. When I have an emergency and need shirts made with an incredibly tight turnaround, they always come through! I have used The Graphic Edge for designing shirts many times and purchased from them more. They even had 1 of their employees personally deliver a large order to my house on a Saturday.

Graphic Edge is really good at getting the orders right! If there is a problem they take care of it right away without any delays.
