I didn’t realize using TheGuarantors meant I didn’t have to pay a security deposit. So there was no increase in move-in cost. Their team was incredibly accessible and available to help at every step with building management.

They approved a policy then got an email from Frank the senior director telling his team not to approve because they no longer cover deposit over 1 months rent. But what’s the point of them charging client 1 months rent as deposit if client will need to pay for any damages on top of the already fee. Might as well charge client the normal deposit then

They didn’t even know this existed the leasing agent where I stayed made this process, reaching out to you guys very easy. It was a little misunderstanding when it got to the lease with additional fees, but other than that, this was helpful.
