Ordered from here and everything arrived as expected and within goood time thank you so much

I write only this to get i touch with you, because you never f***** answer! (Note to everyone else). Will you please answer my emails about order 152110, 152119 and 152120. I want a refund for the missing items (missing items in all of the orders), and a 70% refund on the two first orders (like the halloween discount code) and then keep the two orders (because there is so many missing items in the order 152120, that i actually wanted to keep in the first place). And because you apparently don't answer my mails about returnlabel. So just give me refund for the missing items and the 70% discount and this nonsense can come to an end! Pleeeease just confirm or at least answer!

It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times and I keep getting ignored.

2 weeks later and I still havent received my £40 order I bought for an event that has now past. Customer service said they would look into it and then stopped replying to my emails. Extremely frustrating. They need to sort their business out. Order 147251

“Toning Drops”
Had tried the toning drops pack which contained blue and purple drops. Used their recommended ratio of 2 purple drops: 1 blue drop to try and achieve the icy look. Hair initially ended up going blue, added another small amount of purple to try and rule out the blueness and then just ended up going purple. The only saving grace was that I did these using strands of my hair so thank goodness I didn’t take their word that it would work and just go ahead and do my full head. Definitely doesn’t work if you want to achieve the icy look, if you want blue or purple then perfect.
Had then contacted them to explain the situation and ask if I can return, they replied asking if I could send them photos to show what way they turned out but by this stage I had already it scrubbed out with washing liquid. I had told them this and they have since not replied. I have message them several times since and they have still not responded so I am left with a product that was falsely advertised as a icy toner.

If i didn't rate this company as high as possible it would be a crime . I think you can tell more about a company when things go wrong. I had things missing off my order so I contacted the CS team and I had an email response and a replacement sent out all within an hour! The quality of the products are amazing . Any one who has seen me has suspected my tattoos are real! If anyone is having any problems with orders , be patient for a response as when it comes it will be nothing but helpful.
Gymshark were always my favorite until I dealt with SHRINE . Due to their amazing customer service team and values they have set the mark so high i doubt any other online retailer could even come close.
