I read Trustpilot first and that made me decide at first not to buy one but after reading so many positive things from so many people I decided to take a chance. And I wasn't disappointed! It's beautiful hair, easy to brush but I still have to figure out how to is it properly. But I will practice in the next couple of days and watch the practice clips and will be sure that I will succeed! Thank you Thathair for the service and and beautiful product!

My daughter purchased hair extensions that cost over £300 they were very poor quality so were returned for them to inspect. Since then they have shut down their website and Instagram account. My daughter is left out of pocket !!! Absolute con artists !!!

I purchased an online training course in tape extensions from THEG recently and have been completely scammed. After purchasing their course their website has been shut down , none of their listed numbers can be called and i have emailed many times with no response. I have received no refund or update about whats happening and i have lost hundreds of pounds because of this. Please THEG SORT THIS OUT! I have a feeling they are shutting down and have closed their website. But that doesnt mean they can take my money and not give me the training course !

I’ve always wanted hair extensions, I wanted the thick bouncy hair that everybody else had - being a redhead made this EXTREMELY difficult. Or at least it did, until I found The Hair Extension group! Their shade range is incredible, it blends seamlessly with my natural colour - I honestly couldn’t believe it!! I’ve got my Disney Princess hair and I couldn’t be happier. Big thank you to Karen and the team for being so patient (trust me, I had a lot of questions!!) and a particularly big shoutout to Phoebe for her excellent customer service from day one.

I purchased my extensions from this company through my hair salon. The first problem we had was you could only order 2 sets of hair and when my stylist put them in my hair the result was an extraordinary obvious line, it was horrific. My stylist managed to order another set which was great and my hair was sorted in just over a week. The first 2 months were okay, my extensions kept matting despite using the appropriate hair care and not washing my hair more than once a week, but I used a heat less curling band and that allowed me to have my hair down during the day and kept it up at night. However, it got worse. I could not stop my extensions from matting. Even moving my head matted it within seconds. I started carrying a hairbrush with me at all times and made the decision to just keep my hair up all almost all of the time, with the exception of putting it in braids, for 3 months. My natural hair at this point was the healthiest it’s been because of the amount of conditioning and the lack of heat I was using. I only used heat to dry my hair and I straightened it only a few times and used curling irons once. The minimal times I used heat, which was most often only once a week, I used heat protector. After 5 months of being unable to do anything to my hair without matting I made the decision to take the extensions out at my salon. They sent them back to the company and 2 weeks later we get the result that they deemed that I had damaged them through excessive heat and no refund or new hair would be sent out. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I spent money I had saved and scraped to get them and spent more money and time to look after them so I am so upset at the turnout. If you are wanting to buy from this company triple check you want them enough and have enough money if things go wrong. Personally, I would not use this company again. Horrific experience.

I have had my ghost weft in now for about 5 months, and it’s the best quality of hair I have ever tried. I would highly recommend the hair to anyone thinking about getting it. The customer service is also 10/10.

Awful hair, horrendous quality, overall disappointed in The Hair Extension Group. I’ve had my hair now since October 23, the first few weeks I loved it, it felt amazing and looked lovely. After about 8 weeks, it went dry and snapped despite investing the best and recommended aftercare. I’ve had hair extensions now for over 3 years and this company are by far the biggest waste of money. Every time you bush it clumps fall out, not just snapped ends but full lengths from the top of the weft. It matts so easily and quickly, I’ve never been so cautious, I have anxiety everytime I got out, if the wind blows you’re left with a tumble weed of hair. Every time I wash it or run my fingers through it my hand comes away full of hair, absolutely not what you expect when you spend a fortune on “Quality” hair extensions. I feel absolutely awful for my extensionist, she’s had no support from her rep despite making contact several times to try and resolve the issue. Please DO NOT waste your money and time.

I have been having hair extensions for over a decade.
This has got to be the worse hair I have ever used…also the most expensive.
Within 4 weeks, it was matting and had gone so thin. I know how to do proper after care with extensions, I have never seen anything like it. No matter what products I use you cannot get a brush through it, hair wash days filled me with anxiety. After 8 weeks I had to have it taken out and got fresh hair from
Elsewhere.
My poor hairdresser was so apologetic and didn’t know what to do or say. I know it isn’t her fault.
