This is my third healthy back bag. I ordered a vintage sling bag primarily for a trip to Barcelona which would deter pickpockets. It arrived very quickly. The bag was comfortable to wear and did the job perfectly with different pockets and areas to stow things.

This is an interesting bag, well designed and at a fair base price.
The dispatch was immediate after purchase and the combined delivery process quite smooth.
Considering customers outside the UK, the information on the site is not explicit on customs issues. The customer service was excellent, with helpful response.
My purchase required, after order and payment, the handling of the customs process in Portugal. It was quite fast, but required extra info on the product, the upload of documents regarding the purchase (which I might not have kept). Overall, I had to handle an import process and more that 30% overhead costs.
If you are interested in EU customers, maybe you need to sort this process in a more final-customer-friendly manner.

Delivery was prompt and quality good but extremely disappointed with baglett. Photo showed someone slim wearing it around their waist but I have measured it as a minimum waist size of around 40 inches which of no use for a normal sized person.
