Lovely bag - good quality and design as ever from Healthy Bag Co.

I ordered a sling bag, but slightly smaller than I needed so I sent it back to exchange for my usual small HBB. Excellent customer service, dealt with quickly, bag arrived only a couple of days later! Love the small HBB its perfect!

The bag is ideal for everyday needs, big enough for purse, phone, and other everyday bits and pieces. The internal clip is useful for keys. I like to use it in busy places as I know the bag and my possessions are safe as I have the bag at the front. Well made, study and easy to wipe down or throw into the washing machine.
I was nervous of using the new(ish) payment system as there are some negative reviews of it. However all went well. Delivery was a little slow due to Easter bank holiday and the use of Royal Mail, maybe using other delivery companies may be an alternative.

This is my third HBB bag and I couldn't be more pleased. The size and colour are both perfect and I like this fabric even better than my previous pic tases. The new extra zipped large flat pocket inside is perfect for travel documents , very secure.
My only negative is that immediately after buying I received an offer of "buy a small bag and get a baglette free" boo hoo would have LOVBED that!

The design is great , I bought small and my only dislike is the long back pouch not deep enough to hold a bottle drink or flask securely.
I have bought both mine in sales, I do love a bargain. Best feature is what it is designed for to sit comfortably on your back , you can easily twist it to your front to open it. I have been suffering from frozen shoulder past 18 months and I can easily put it on with one arm. Wouldn't use any other.

This bag is GREAT. I love the careful planning that maximizes easy organization— no more jumble of stuff at the bottom of a bag.

However, I took off one star because you do not mail to the United States. I wonder, why is that? So I sent the bag to my niece in greater London, and she then sent it on to me in Florida.

Update. Thank you for your quick and specific reply, with both your US partner for future purchases and your explanation of the recent extra tariffs and change to "de minimus" shipments. Back to 5 stars. This really is a wonderful bag. The last two days of wearing it I appreciated the quality zip pulls, both inside and out.

The strap isn't long enough and therefore the bag is useless to me. Please think about women's bodies thanks
