They have horrible customer service. I called all morning and emailed to see if I can change the shipping address. Something very simple. No one got back to me. I got a record recording verifying who I am and then they decided not to take my call and also not the response so it’s been the last $10 I ever spent with this company. I would recommend you do not cause if they’re not good with customer service they don’t care about our customer

I purchased the Reset bundle which didnt work for me. I noted no significant change.

I started purchasing items from The Herbalist around 3 years ago. It was a pleasant experience with excellent customer support and products. But as time went by,it seemed as if their product quality was deteriorating and customer service worsened. Sad to say that once businesses start to grow,they forget about their morals that they started with. As quick as businesses grow, they will fall.

Scam, doesn't work and no money back guarantee. Do not reply to emails or messages on Facebook. Disgusting how you take money from people who want to feel better. Clearly fake reviews on fb and now I am blocked.

Omitting information on bottles- Superhuman and Concentration capsules. They claim to have white and green Kratom in their products but If you look at the actual ingedients on the bottles, they failed to add Kratom to the ingredient list.

They could offer better customer service for bad batches other than blame you for not storing it correctly, which by the way is in a cupboard with many other supplements and medicines which has been in there for months and nothing happened to any of those items. in addition the items were purchased as part of there Black Friday sale, which was only sent out in Dec and yet, in their words, "this order was from last year" so what does that mean, because its from last year, its not good anymore? yet there best before is up until 2027. The capsule casings look burnt, and there reason is because is was exposed to hear, hear from where exactly, and if it was exposed to hear, wouldn't the bottle itself be melted? and moisture, then what are those little moisture sachets thingys for, is that not supposed to prevent moisture build up, and if indeed the capsules were spoilt by moisture, shouldn't that little sachets be all slumped up from the moisture or atleast show signs of excess moisture in the jar? Then to top it all off they offer a replacement which they recanted then offered 15% which they then took back again after I said I would leave reviews on there products and that they have lost me as a repeat customer and showed them a bottle of the same product from a different supplier which I have now for more than a year, and yup that product is still in 100% condition, stored in the same place, same cupboard, same conditions. Guess I'll stick to New Leaf Products 🍃 👍🏼

A very difficult company to work with and the owner (Kelly Tarr) is someone who backtracks on his undertakings. I strongly caution followers about this business.

I placed an order yesterday and recieved it today. Great communication and fast delivery. My dad then said he would like some products so I immediately placed another order. After receiving confirmation, my partner decided he wanted some additional products, so I quickly jumped on to whatsapp and hit the "add to order" button. I was assisted by Nonny, who updated my order and sent the additional payment order to my email and the whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Great service is hard to come by and I am beyond impressed!

I recently ordered a few vitamins from The Herbalist. The products themselves are great really good quality and exactly what I needed. However, I was quite disappointed with the packaging.

When my order arrived, the vitamin bottles were just lying loose in the courier bag, and the brown Herbalist paper bag was torn apart. Luckily, nothing was damaged, but it didn’t look very secure or professional.

I’d still recommend The Herbalist for their excellent products, but I really hope they improve their packaging to ensure orders arrive safely and neatly.

My husband and I have been using the Superhuman capsules for a month now and can confirm that we have experienced a noticeable improvement in our memory and focus. My mind is clear and I'm able to process information faster. Hope this helps anyone who is considering using the products.

I am forever grateful to come across the Herbalists, their products is part of our lifestyle and helped me a lot. My kids drink it every day too! It helps them with their busy schedules, through sports and school and whenever they feel a cold coming I just double up the moringa! What is most rare and special about the Herbalists is that they care about your health, they will guide you to better your health!

Ashwaganda & moringa combo is a win, I bought it then my friend popped by she has diabetes. Was suffering badly with a bump in her throat, was afraid she was having a scan done for this, Candida she complained of a few issues, also stress related. I gave her the combo, she has lost about 8 kgs and says feels awesome, thrush & candida has gone, her hormonal has seemed to start balancing & the lump that she feared in her troat is half the size of what it was and getting there as she says. I ordered another set that I would now like to try 😉
