Int/Sr Goalie Jersey

Lets get a few things straight. You did not contact us to ask about exchanging anything, we emailed you and said the Rangers jersey was out of stock and we sent up separately from the package via USPS the gray jersey for the replacement. You also asked us for a sizing chart which we supplied and you ordered the Intermediate Goalie Cut which is a Junior Size not a Senior Size Goalie cut jerseys.
What you ordered you received and if you ordered the wrong size which seems to be the case how is this our fault when you neglected to even contact us to see what can be done.
Please feel free to email us at sales@thehockeydepot.com and reference your order number so we can see what can be done but understand what You ordered We shipped.

We actually emailed you almost immediately after the order was received notifying you that the items were in fact out of stock. We try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible and make every effort to ensure products are available but unfortunately sometimes things are out of stock. We then contacted you and did not get any response at all and since we do not want to hold your money, we issued a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience but some things are out of our control.

Actually and factually this is completely inaccurate. Yes we were out of stock in what you ordered which was the Alkali RPD Quantum Senior Inline Hockey Girdle Small/Medium @ a price if 39.99 and are STILL out of stock. We then offered you the RPD Visium girdle in Sr Sm/Med @ the price if 59.99 with a 10% off not a 5% off since it was available and in stock. It was not more then Double the price or 5% off as you stated. If we had it in stock why wouldnt it be sold to you, We offer what we have in stock and try to offset some of the cost by offering a discount like many other companies do.
