Jackson very good man 🙌 understanding & helpful. Listens and delivers

We wanted to visit relatives who were on holiday, as a surprise and take a break ourselves. Unfortunately, we found that we couldn’t afford the amount required, what with baggage, seats, transfers, room, etc., we spend days looking over holiday sites. Then we saw a notification for “The Holiday Masters” and called up to speak to a lovely man called Jackson. He was brilliant and spent a good deal of time booking us into a lovely hotel we had found, close to our relatives. We had loads of questions and were a little dubious at first, but then Jackson confirmed, via WhatsApp, the company’s ATOL protection number, which all checked out. Having fixed the dates and requirements we needed, we agreed on a holiday with Jackson. We even got a Double Deluxe room, with balcony, overlooking the swimming pool. I think we were quite hard work, but he got us such a good deal, with which we were delighted. Payment was made and again via WhatsApp, we received the flights vouchers, the hotel voucher and the transfer vouchers, plus advice of baggage allowance agreed. These arrived very quickly.
Jackson certainly made our day and saved us an awful lot of gut churning problems, especially in respect of finances and trying to put things together to make the package we were hoping for. We booked EasyJet flights and now have an app for EasyJet, which has confirmed all of our booking details. From that we can check-in etc.
We are more than happy.

Spoke to Jackson 5 to book my holiday, he was amazing found me the best hotel and holiday for my family and at a very good price! Jackson was amazing start to finish

Only one issue was he didn’t mention until after I had paid for my flight that there’s an additional €20 per head charge I think he called it ATOL

In fairness as I hadn’t been aware he reduced this to €10

We haven’t had our holiday yet so this review is only about my booking experience and the very fair cost of the holiday

I am hopeful that our holiday will be perfect

It’s always a little harder and slower to book online, and i find it more confusion but Eric has been so friendly and helpful and got me a great holiday booked, and it didn’t take too long! Thank you

I was looking for a break away once I finished my dissertation. Eric worked tirelessly for a couple of months in advance to find me a great deal. I'm now booked & Eric always remembers my specifications making the search & booking processes stress free. I tell him where I'd like to go & leave the rest up to him. He NEVER disappoints. Fabulous great property in a great village, orford village was beautiful with quaint bakery. Would recommend this area and the holiday masters too.😉
