I ordered a silkscreened and aged wooden icon, instead I received a poor quality wooden board with a poster glued on. Product paid 90 euros and it is not even worth 5. Stay away!

I recently made two large orders from The Holy Art, and my experience has been exceptional each time. The quality of the icons is truly outstanding, beautifully crafted, and exceeded my expectations.

I noticed another reviewer on Trustpilot had complained extensively about shipping delays. However, I think it’s important to set realistic expectations—international shipping, especially from Europe to the U.S., naturally takes some time to clear customs. My own orders arrived exactly as promised by the owner, who also responded promptly and politely to my inquiries via email.

After looking into it further, it appears that the negative reviewer has a history of leaving one-star ratings for many other businesses as well, suggesting impatience or unrealistic expectations rather than any fault with The Holy Art.

Based on my personal experience, this is absolutely a trustworthy and legitimate business. I’m fully satisfied with both the quality of the products and the reliability of their service. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

Ordering from this lady (The Holy Art) has been a huge mistake. I don’t write this for vengeance, but I do write this review in the hopes to help others. I’m not reviewing the Icon I ordered on November, 14, 2024, because today is 12/11/24, and it still hasn’t even arrived in the United States, let alone my in my home state of Utah.

I tried to cancel this order on November 19, 2024, but the owner said I missed the “3 hour window” to cancel this order. After ordering this, I quickly realized I probably wouldn’t even get the item in November. Today is December 9, 2024 and it’s still showing it is in Greece. I did wonder why the owner seems greedy with her advertisements and dishonesty with the shipping and delivery dates, but I took a chance.

I’m now getting my credit card company to help me with this charge since it seems like a scam or at the best, false advertising. When I placed the order the Confirmation said it would arrive around November 25th and it said it had shipped on November 22. However it wasn’t until December 5th that it was shipped.

This business is misleading, lies, and is obviously dishonest. I would recommend to find a company here in the United States and use a company that is honest and trustworthy.
