Scans sent on time, film negatives received within expected time scale. Good service.

Paid for 5 films to be developed on 23rd Feb and sent them the next day. Have not received photos yet nor have I had any response to my follow up emails? Where are my films??

Unknowingly to me I had bought some damaged film but the guys at homelab saw that it was damaged and spent a week trying to fix it at no extra cost. They even managed to save a few photos so I am very thankful! They also gave a very detailed description about what went wrong and the process they went through to save the film which I thought was great to keep me in the loop. Once again thank you Homelabs!

On the 15th of January I shipped off my two films. I emailed once regarding how to identify my package as I suddenly became aware that they gave no explanation as to how to identify my films and described my parcel. They good back to me quickly and let me know they would make sure they could identify my parcel. I then, five days later email regarding whether they had received my parcel and how long it would take to process. No response. I then email a few more time spread across the week along the same lines. I needed the films developed by the 5th as they are part of a birthday surprise. But I doubt I’ll even get an email back let alone my films and a refund!!!! I have used many company to develop film and I have to say this one’s not the best

Minor delay but it was over Xmas so not their fault.
