Tim from The Homes Group was recommended to us by a friend after we had a very disappointing experience with Your Move. Tim was fast and professional in all his responses. Got good viewings in quickly, which led to the offer that we accepted and sold for. He helped out all the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything could go as smoothly as possible. Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.

We had a deadline to complete on due to buying our new house through the modern method of auction, and throughout the process Tim was fantastically reliable at chasing all involved in the chain. Fantastic, efficient and quick turnaround. Communication was first class. Attentiveness was sky high which meant from first viewing to completion was a total of 1 month and 5 days. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and result. Nothing was too much trouble
