The hoop station in my book was extremely efficient they gave me a email which most do any way but they gave me a telephone no which I rang straight away to find out how long it would take ,they picked the phone straight away and said 2 days .
Brilliant ,some company's are difficult to get in touch. Keep up the good work definitely buy again.

Absolutely love my La Roma XL hoops!
The products themselves are great, and I guess i'm a fan now as these are my third set of hoops from The Hoop Station (all in different sizes and styles for different ocassions).
The ordering process was simple and fast and I was very lucky to make the most of an early Black Friday discount.
This was an order for myself (so no gift packaging ordered), but the "normal" packaging I received was so pretty it would have been ready to gift away!
My order came with a soft fabric pouch to protect the hoops when not in use, a ruler to help you find your ideal hoop size, and a little card with an extra discount on my next purchase.
Very happy customer :)
