I've been working with Darlena for the past year with the Hoth. She has made our experience great through providing insights, professionalism, and prescriptive strategy. I paid almost $13,000 and only saw a decline in clicks and impressions. When I complained, I was told I needed to spend more money. I WISH I NEVER WOULD HAVE TRUSTED THEM and paid so much with no guarantee that I would ever see a return on my investment. I feel I got ripped off and then bullied when I complained about how bad the service was. The manager told me that HOTH stood for "Hit Them Over The Head" to make me afraid when I said I would not be continuing. There are a lot of other SEO companies. I rarely write reviews, but I think it's important in this situation to protect other small businesses. Quality of services has really dropped off in the past year.

Hoth was unable to improve any keywords we hoped them to.

What I found THE WORST is when discussing there is ZERO responsibility taken (even when they post wrong links on blogs, etc).

They will nickel and dime and then not provide quality they stated.

Biggest frustration was it took 30 minutes of a review with another SEO company to see the key mistakes and get things on track.
