I can’t recommend Ameer highly enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. Ordering was quick and easy, and Ameer kept me updated throughout the entire delivery process, so I always knew what was happening.
He was able to arrange delivery at the exact time I needed, even with such short notice, which I really appreciated. The delivery team were fantastic too—they arrived on time, assembled my dining table quickly and professionally, and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
I’m absolutely in love with my new dining table. The quality is amazing, and it’s definitely worth every penny. The price was great, the customer service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Ordered an LED strip light set for…
Ordered an LED strip light set for slatted wall panels.
Package was never delivered, no evidence of delivery or tracking number provided, even after multiple requests.
Its been 6 months so reversed charges via my bank, only for HOB to appeal this and win, without providing a shred of evidence of delivery.
Customer support was absolutely woeful, typically 3 word responses to emails.
I would stay well clear of these scammers.

Absolutely unbelievable reply, not a reflection of what happened, seriously, stay away from this company, I can't believe what I'm reading.
THERE WAS NO TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED.
I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR IT.
YOU THEN SENT A LOW RESOUTION PHOTO WHICH I RESPONDED TO SAYING I CANT READ THE TRACKING INFO.
2 DIFFERENT SHOPPING TRACKING APPS TO THIS DAY CONFIRM THE PARCEL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED.
You were only interested in attempting to sort this issue out after you read this review, rather then during the emails, where you offered to send out the missing light in exchange for me removing this review.
Things happen, parcels go missing, all we wanted was some help to try and understand whats happened, like the tracking number, but that was too much like hard work for you.
Only interested after this review appeared.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect what happened.
Your LED strip light order was dispatched on **2nd December** via **Evri**, and tracking information confirmed the parcel had been delivered. We did not receive any contact from you regarding this order until **over six months later, in July**, when you advised that you had not received it.
As soon as we received your message, we provided the Evri tracking details again and the delivery confirmation, including the delivery images available to us. Despite the significant time that had passed since the order was delivered, we still offered, as a gesture of goodwill, to send you a **replacement LED strip set** at no cost.
Unfortunately, rather than working with us to resolve the matter, you chose to initiate a chargeback and subsequently blocked communication with us, preventing us from bringing the issue to a satisfactory conclusion.
Your bank ultimately ruled in our favour after reviewing the evidence provided. We always strive to resolve genuine issues fairly and professionally, and we are disappointed that our efforts, including offering a free replacement despite the age of the claim, have not been acknowledged.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We ordered an item that was advertised as being in stock, only to be be told several days later that it wasn't available. Communication was poor throughout, our messages went unanswered, and we're still waiting for our refund despite being told it was being processed. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Unfortunately, although the item was showing as available, a physical stock check with our supplier revealed that it was no longer in stock. As soon as we became aware of this, we contacted you immediately and offered you the choice of a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Once you requested a refund, we processed it from our side straight away. As your order was placed using a finance provider, the deposit refund was subject to their processing times, which are unfortunately outside of our control and can sometimes take a little longer to appear back in a customer's account.
We appreciate that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, however we can confirm that the refund was completed in full. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the supplier's stock discrepancy and the delay with the finance provider's processing.
We value all customer feedback and continue to work on improving our communication and service.

Went into the new store today, absolutely beautiful! Have a whole range, from dining table sets, to sofas, beds, units, ornaments. You name it they have it! Ordered a sofa which I fell in love with from the website. Great service from start to finish! Now can’t wait for my sofa to arrive :) Thanks Guys, will be back soon!

I ordered 4 Porado cream and gold bar stools - I am in Scotland and they are in Manchester.
Communication with them was prompt and easy via what’s app.
Their customer service is fantastic.
Once communication had been made about my order - dispatch and delivery was only a couple of days
The quality of the product is high end and elegant. The comfort is perfect - arms and back support with a lovely deep seat.

Really happy with my new sofa, the only downfall was the lack of communication arranging delivery I literally got a text message the day before from the delivery company. Other than the slight mishap regarding that it was a great company to deal with.
