I absolutely love my over the ear headphones. I had a pair ages ago and wore them till they fell apart. Music is crisp and clear and they are really comfortable. I'm very particular about my headphones and these are the only ones I will use now.

I have been a fan of HOM for years. I stock up on the earbuds "just in case ", however I'm still using the first pair I purchased 4 years ago... I have given these as gifts and people are stoked

I had no issues with the earbuds. No connection dropouts or sound issues. Perfect for a average user that needs a reliable and sustainable pair of buds

After receiving the turn table and bluetooth speakers, one of the speakers wont turn on. I sent an email to customer service and have not got a reply?

For context, I'm from the Netherlands, visited Australia arround new year. Bought the Postitive vibration xl anc at JB HiFi in Melbourne. They worked great, used them a little in Australia and on the plane home. Had to charge them once, that was also the last time.

Stopped working after a total of 2 week use. Reached out to JB-HiFi, couldn't do anything for me and directed me to House of Marley, Australia. Got in thouch with them on 12th of july, send a follow up on 27th and finally recieved a response on the 31st of july with a request for my information. Responded right away, and that was all the interaction I could have with them, send a few follow up mails and tried messaging on facebook to no avail no response at all.
If you want to buy headphones, I would reconsider not buying them from House of Marley, the customer service is bad to none existing, the sustainability claim on their products and marketing is in my opinion false advertisement.
Hope they read this response and somehow help customers better in the future.

I really liked the sustainability aspect of products, the appearance and compatability. Discounts offered only added to decision making in present climate. Delivery timing and packaging was great and precious items delivered in perfect condition. Could do away with a lot of pointless instructions in other languages wasting paper by making these online or ask on ordering for preferred language. Overall love turntable and speakers will probably add more speakers at some stage.

we are still waiting for the missing charger and other pieces so we can actually use our Marley box. i have emailed to ask if it has been sent after we were told it would be sent but still no response and no delivery of the missing pieces.

It took a few days for my order to be dispatched and I wasn’t sent a tracking number
But the unit is great

I purchased a pair of replacement earbud tips for my champion earbuds, however they don’t fit in the case and when I inquired about this, I received no reply

I really wanted to love the House of Marley Rebel earphones for sustainability reasons, but the sound quality is tinny, they don't fit my ears with any of the three different sized buds and fall out if I'm simply sitting still, never mind if I want to go for a walk or run, and the battery life only lasted less than an hour, when claims to last hours. Not sure if I'm able to get a refund, but will be looking into retuning these unfortunately.
