Worst experience. I placed on order 22nd of August, received the products. However to my dissatisfaction, I initiated the return of both the products and that is where all the problem started. In a days time, the pickup was initiated however no one came to collect the order, also the product was marked as ‘quality check failed’ without any attempt for the pickup. After numerous calls and WhatsApp messages, I was been instructed to self-courier the products mentioning that the courier charges would be reimbursed too. Today is 5th of September and still neither have I received the refund for the other product nor have I received the reimbursement for the courier charges. Beware do not order from house of rare ever.

These guys have dead customer support. I had placed a return order on 16th August, today its 24 August. The pickup failed no one came to collect the order, and i have mailing them almost everyday since then, calling them on all their numbers but haven't heard from a single person. Its like talking to a dead wall. Their service is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

Extremely disappointing experience with House of Rare.

I placed an order worth ₹13,000, and a partial order (#RCOM2386520) was cancelled due to their internal quality check failure. The worst part is I was never notified and the order just sat at “Order Placed” for over a week while I kept waiting.

After the refund was finally processed, I had to reorder the exact same items and ended up paying more (₹2643 instead of ₹2473). So because of their mistake, I lost money and wasted time.

Poor communication, no proactive updates, and customers are left dealing with the consequences of their operational failures. Really disappointing service.

These guys seem to be experts at stealing your money. Avoid this company for sure
