The Firm began migration the 1 of August where they were aiming to be back on the 10th, furthermore they said no accounts will be lost and that everything will stay the same, which is far from the truth, they ended up removing MetaTrader chosing to not payout all the approved payouts, making whole new rules and with no decency to give a professional answer, everytime you ask about the migration they will say next week been like that for 3 weeks now. So if you wanna save your money and time stay away from this firm

Joke prop firm, don’t trade with them. Requested my payout 2nd of July and after waiting almost 2 months they come and tell me they won’t be paying me, not because i breached or anything just because of some bullshit migration excuse they made.

Invested in this firm thinking they would be decent , managed to pass a 100k and a 50k , they decided to go on migration , i requested a 3k payout on the 28th july , they then make an annoucement on the 25/08/26 stating how they will refund everyone , Aman the CEO could easily make this right by paying traders what they're owed instead making us wait nearly a whole month , some people even longer just to say your getting refunded , like come on. Stay away at all costs , like genuinly dont waste your time with such a horrid firm.

WALLAHI IF THERE WAS A RATING BELOW ONE STAR I’D GIVE IT THAT, these guys withheld my payouts from me, told me they’d have me sorted, cut my profit split from 90% to 80%, wiped my minimum trading days that i completed to be eligible for a payout, and then told me I wasn’t seeing a single penny out of my $4900 and they’d refund my evaluation fee. Me along with many others have just been rugpulled. AVOID EVEN AFTER NEW MIGRATION.

This firm just delays your payout so much and makes excuses. their BS migration and now alot of people losing out on money they have made and deserve is no longer being paid.

This firm wont last long so dont invest.

They claimed to be in a migration phase and ended up removed all the best trading platforms. I’ve had a payout approved and pending for 2 months and they’ve just come back to all traders saying they won’t pay us out and instead they’ll provide us a refund. The thing is we don’t want a refund we’ve spend so much time passing these challenges and for them not to pay us out is like getting a pie to the face! Absolute joke!

Didn’t disclose details when migrating to different servers (such as not supporting MetaTrader 5) and also other hidden fees such as ‘withdrawal service fee’ of 1.7ish%. Migration fully ruined this firm

be very careful on this recent prop firm, full of indian scammers , they dont refund, dont payout due to their migration system that is off by weeks now . choose a popular prop firm over this .

First of all. Support was great . Tended to me quickly and fixed my problem in minutes as well . Happy with the service . Currently funded with them and super excited to experience the end goal , which is the payout process. Super happy so far. No complaints.

Best possible support team- got to my query within minutes sorted me and was great to me, no other firm doing it like this and that’s facts- big up Azeem and Sicario from support give them a pay rise!!

Quick response time to my ticket and sorted out my issues. Shoutout Sicario for sorting it out and being genuine too.

My experience with Hyperfunding started off very positively. I successfully reached $300k in funded accounts with them, and initially everything went smoothly. The platform experience and communication gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional firm.

However, the situation changed completely on the day I was due to receive a withdrawal/payout.

My entire $300k funding was suddenly breached/terminated based on an accusation that I violated their “same instrument” rule by trading the same instrument across accounts exceeding $200k in funding.

What makes this especially concerning is that before doing this, I specifically contacted one of their customer support representatives through Discord to clarify the rule. I clearly asked whether the restriction applied only to accounts using copy trading, or whether it applied to all funded accounts exceeding $200k. I was explicitly told that it was acceptable in my case and that the restriction only applied to copy-traded accounts. Based on that confirmation, I continued trading exactly as discussed.

Then, on the very day I was expecting my payout, all of my funded accounts were breached.

To make matters worse, the Discord ticket containing the conversation with their representative has since been closed, meaning I no longer have access to the messages that confirmed I was allowed to trade this way. From my perspective, this has left me without the evidence that originally gave me confidence to proceed.

Since then, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issue professionally, but the responses I continue receiving are along the lines of “the team will look into it when they have time.” Unfortunately, this has not been helpful at all given the seriousness of the situation and the amount of funding involved. As a trader, you expect timely communication and proper handling when an entire $300k allocation is suddenly terminated.

I also have concerns about the authenticity of some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews and payout showcases being promoted online. I cannot verify whether they are genuine or not, so I will not make accusations, but based on my own experience, the public image being presented does not reflect the experience I personally had with the company.

I want to be careful with my wording and stick strictly to my personal experience, but the entire situation has seriously damaged my trust in the company. When traders rely on guidance directly provided by support staff, there should be accountability and consistency in how rules are enforced.

I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to keep independent records/screenshots of every important conversation and to be extremely cautious when relying on verbal or Discord-based confirmations from support representatives.

At this stage, I genuinely hope the company reviews my case fairly. If my accounts are reactivated and the situation is resolved properly, I would be willing to update or remove this review accordingly.

I hope improves its transparency, communication, and dispute resolution process moving forward.

Update 21/05/2026: They have decided not to reverse their decision. I will be leaving this review here. They have shared the ticket communication which still doesn't prove them right.

"The “same instrument / same strategy” rule is not about simply trading the same pair (like gold) across different accounts. It refers more to copy trading or running the exact same execution/behavior across accounts as one combined strategy."

It literally says it refers more to copy trading. I never copied traded and they cannot prove that.

Anyways I will be leaving this review here. Also leaving my fresh $200k and $50k for them to deactivate which they wouldn't refund me.

There customer support, as many bugs and issues.
When typed a message it disappears and starts again, I tired it in mobile and laptop, both has the same issue.
We are unable to connect to live agent, it is really disappointing and making us lose trust.

I’ve had a good experience with Hyper Funding so far. The rules are clear, payouts are fast, and the profit split is fair. Execution is reliable, which matters a lot when trading.
